The three-room apartment, without air conditioning, accommodates 4 to 6 people and is situated on the ground floor (accessible via three small steps) It features a spacious shared fenced garden with a net.

Inside, the apartment consists of a living room with a double sofa bed, a kitchenette equipped with a large refrigerator and TV, a master bedroom, a second bedroom with two single beds, a windowed bathroom with a shower cabin, and a covered parking space.
