Two-level flat featuring a patio and a private garden (not fenced). The ground floor is composed of a living/dining room with a sofa bed, a separate kitchenette, and a bedroom with a single bed. The 1st floor is formed of a double bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds or a bunk bed, a full bathroom with shower, and a balcony. It comes with A/C, TV, and one uncovered parking space. Located in a residence with a shared swimming pool and gardens. Beach distance: 1km, guests have access to a beach shuttle service.
