Have a nice stay in our lovely apartment for four guests, part of a residence with swimming pools, a communal garden, an elevator, and a garage. It is located on the ground floor and features a living room with a double sofa bed, a bright kitchen, one comfy double bedroom, a bathroom with a shower box and a covered patio. Plus, you’ll have at your disposal modern amenities like a hairdryer, an American coffee machine, a microwave, a solarium, Satellite TV and AC. One covered parking space is included. A common coin-operated launderette is available for guests’ use. °Beach distance: 50 m. °Pets are not allowed. °Photos are generic: the accommodation may differ in furniture, decorations, and colours. °Swimming pools are open seasonally (mid-June/early September): dates vary due to weather or maintenance.
