"Fantastic stay at this hotel. I had a late arrival, but that was no issues since the hotel has a 24h front desk. Quiet and calm area in Alessandria. The staff was awesome and I got help with what parking app to use and together were all multi-lingual. Room were cleaned every day and it was spotless. I will definitely be back"

"The room was clean & spacious - they warn there are many insects about Inc mosquitos but guiding a beetle out the front door was a 😱 I also recommend sitting on the lobby terrace in the afternoon; cooler in the shade & great views with a decent espresso! Staying for the Jazz:Refound festival in Cella Monte a few miles away......... you'll need the taxis they can organise or you'll be stuck unless you have your own car!! " Beautiful hotel offering everything I needed. It is well located a 4 minute walk from the train station, and a qui k stroll to the centre of town. Friendly and helpful staff, clean and quiet. Coffee is very good and breakfast acceptable but certainly not exceptional. Would stay here agin without thinking about it."

"We stayed in 2 totally diiferent rooms in the same hotel with my collegue. No lights on the wall and I packed my stuff with phone flaslight. Towels very dusty. Bath cover glass was not working and it made the floors very wet. AC temp. Is not changing and go above 23 degree. I become frozen in the night. Nothing to eat in the minibar, we were starving in the nights when everywhere closed cause we checked in late. Tv is stated at somewhere you cant fully watch from your bed."

Arredamento moderno e dotato di tutti i servizi necessari. Nello stabile c'è anche un comodo 24h con lavatrici. E per concludere è centralissimo e si può raggiungere facilmente qualsiasi posto del centro città."
