Holiday Apartment ‘Sonnenparadies 1’ with Mountain View, Wi-Fi & Garden

The cozy apartment "Sonnenparadies 1" is located near San Martino in Passiria (Sankt Martin in Passeier) and is perfect for summer or winter holidays in South Tyrol. The 60m² Apartement 1 has a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a bedroom, a bathroom and can accommodate 6 people. The amenities also include Wi-Fi and a TV.

Outside, there is a shared garden, children's playground with slide and swing, trampoline, table tennis and table football right by the house. There is also a barbecue on our lawn, which you are welcome to use free of charge. There is also a private furnished balcony with mountain views.

The nearest supermarket can be found in St. Martin in Passeier, which is 5 minutes away by car (5km). The nearest ski area can be reached via the Merano 2000 lift in Merano (Meran), which is a 20-minute drive away (13 km). Nearby you will find activities such as golf, tennis, bike rental, fishing and rafting. The nearest airport is in Innsbruck, which is a 2-hour drive away (100km).

Underground garage and covered parking spaces at the house are available free of charge.

We serve fresh bread rolls / breakfast daily on request and at an extra charge.
