We only stayed one night, but it was lovely. Very clean, staff polite, check in easy. Lovely bed, beautiful views of the mountains feom our room. Breakfast was fine.

El personal de recepción muy amable, el lobby muy acogedor pero no lo pudimos usar por protocolo covid. Las habitaciones están bien, amplias. Lo único que les sugiero es que brinden un servicio de desayuno acorde al precio que uno paga por la habitación. El café en saquitos, la leche en polvo y la mermelada/dulce de leche/queso untable/manteca en recipientes plásticos es para un servicio de avión, no para un hotel de esas características. En una zona donde abundan las mermeladas caseras y las exquisitas panifiaciones, que ofrezcan una mermelada "Verónica" es un detalle no menor (para mi gusto y exigencia) Además, se contradice con los mensajes de cuidado ambiental, al utilizar tanto recipiente descartable plástico. La ubicación es céntrica, muy buena.

La habitación era mucho más chica que la que se ve en las fotos, la pileta no estaba habilitada en teoría por protocolo covid pero tampoco avisaban previamente. La atención del personal lo mejor, el establecimiento lo menos.

lel personal deja mucho que desear, contrate por ka pagina Hoteles.com von pago total no rembolsable, al hacer el check in antes de darnos la habitacion " tiene que pagar diferencia" ni siquiera cortesia de darnos la habitacion y despuésel cobro mal muy mala la imprecion, nosotros habíamos pagado todo .

Lo mejor, la ubicación. Sugiero mejorar en variedad el desayuno. El hotel no cuenta con estacionamiento para todas las habitaciones, y esta información no se muestra de manera clara pues pareciera que el estacionamiento es para todos.

Excelente relación precio-calidad.
El hotel se encuentra en pleno centro de la ciudad, a una cuadra de la avenida principal y sobre la calle en la que se encuentran la mayoría de los restaurantes. Es un hotel cómodo y con las prestaciones esenciales, buen desayuno y excelente limpieza. Muy recomendable!
