"Let me start by saying this was not a ME vacation this was a vacation for my two kids that are 21 and 22. They also brought 4 friends. So I needed two room and this hotel had a great rate, with great location. Let’s start with the positive: 1.location, location, location. 2. Price for 2 room. 3. Room was clean when arrived. 4. Great time with the kids in the pool. 5. Breakfast taste good according to the kids( waffle maker, eggs, bacon, cereal, apple, banana, yogurt, oatmeal) Great breakfast juice selection. I am gluten free so they did have a blueberry muffin for me. 6. Room temperature was cool and good hot water. 7. Customer service was average. 8. Parking was great. Negatives: 1. Ceiling peeling in corner 2. Hotel struggled to keep up with towels. I had to flag down house keeping to get clean towels daily. 3. I stayed here for 3 days and not one time was room cleaned. I had to again flag house keeping down to take the trash. Mind you for 2 rooms. 4. Gym area was not cleaned just replaced towels. The machine that someone sweat all over was their the entire time. In all it was a fair stay."

"We really enjoyed staying here! Check in was quick and easy, our room was clean and cool when we got in, and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The lobby had complementary iced water readily available. We will definitely be returning!"

"we enjoyed staying at this hotel. the staff was friendly and helpful. the breakfast was good, great happy hour, convenient location, easy access to many places. it was a family vacation for us and we really enjoyed sitting in big area on main floor and eating, talking with the kids."

"Upon check in I asked if a late checkout would be possilbe. The clerk asked if I had a Bonvoy account, which I do, so I gave her my information. She asked "Is 1 pm ok" to which I replied "yes, that woudl be great". The next day at exactly 12 pm, which is regular checkout, I received a knock at the door. I answered and immediately said I had late checkout but would be leaving within the next 20 minutes. The staff person said ok and left. Not 2 minutes later did the room phone start ringing. I did not answer and continued packing. 5 minutes later I was out of the room and downstairs to the front desk. The person at the front desk told me "you cannot have late checkout if you did not book through the hotel directly" and then proceeded to tell me to book with them next time. I asked why the person who checked me in said I could have late checkout to which he snapped at me and said "that should not have happened, that is the rule". He was incredibly rude and made me feel like I had done something wrong. I have NEVER been treated so poorly at a hotel and I stay at more than 20 hotels a year. To make things more confusing, I had JUST had late checkout at another Marriott property two weeks prior without issue and I had also used Hotels.com to book. I am blown away that anyone is hospitality could be so rude. I feel like I was harassed. I am considering filing an official complaint. "
