Asked if there was a possibility of early check in, clerk said no without even checking. During our stay, room was never cleaned even though i requested multiple times. When i inquired with clerk, all she did was "text" the day clerk , and no follow-up after that. Watched staff let customers dog "poop" on lobby floor. No hot coffee in the evening, we would rate the customer service at a negative 1, will never stay again. Recommend a general manager change, replace the whole staff and start over.

Well I had a reservation for 2 queen beds and when I get there they say hotels.com overbooked them, they only had a king size bed for me and a roll away bed. Don’t know whose fault it was but I feel the hotel should at least give a courtesy call and let the customer know the situation beforehand. I don’t think it’s a bad hotel. Breakfast was good plenty to chose from, all the workers were nice. One other thing the water pressure in the morning is bad, I guess everyone showers in the morning.

I called weeks in advance to let them know we needed an early check in for a wedding. We were told it would be ok to check in after 1pm. We got there and was told sorry, we can’t get the guests out of the room so we could not check in early. The staff was NOT friendly at all, actually very rude about the situation. Because of that we were late getting to the wedding. I would never recommend this hotel!

I would like to apologize for not being able to provide you a early check in on Saturday. I do understand that you called weeks in advance but we can not accommodate every single person that request an early check in especially during a holiday weekend. Our front desk agents are trained to place the request in the reservations notes which they were but unfortunately we were too busy to provide any early check ins that day. Once again I do apologize for any inconvenience's that may have occurred.
