The room was ok. The 2 things that stood out were the very slow check-in. Waited 15 minutes for the clerk to check in the guy before me. Mine took ten minutes and it was prepaid. Second was the meager breakfast. Juice, fruit cocktail and croissants that looked as if they’d been sat on.

Premium Tower Suites San Luis
We arrived to the hotel and were given a room that had a terrible noise on the AC. The window of the room on the 6th floor was broken. It was dirty, the water glass in the bathroom still had toothpaste marks as it was used before. I asked at the desk for another room, he said that that wasn’t possible, ...
