A good location across the street from the Hilton and next door to the Hyatt Regency. Hotel is immaculately clean and the bedding is top notch. The air conditioning works well and the room includes fridge, coffee maker, small stove, and a few kitchen utensils, cups, plates, etc. Breakfast is included. It is a continental breakfast but sufficient. Only downside is parking. There is an underground garage that services the hotel and adjacent retail but you must tell the front desk when you are leaving so they can call the parking attendant. Also, the underground garage is closed on Sundays. Good news is they can still open the garage to let guests in. It is a good option for the price.

Stayed here in one of the top suites. Overall it was safe, clean, free breakfast, gym, laundry, included and pool table. Staff was friendly and helpful but overall, I wasn't super impressed and in my personal opinion, I would not stay here again as there are other hotels that are a lot better. A few reasons, usually I can sleep in anything and I am not super high maintenance, however the bed was way to firm for my liking, it just felt like I was laying on a flat hard box with no comfort. The other thing that I found weird was, I understand the policy of the hotel is to pay upfront, however, I was staying for more 4 days and usually hotels ask you to pay in full for the entire stay when you check in or at the end of your stay. They asked me to pay every single night which was weird and they asked me what I wanted to do. Isn't it your hotel? Shouldn't you know your own policy??? They didn't seem confident in knowing what they were doing so that turned me off from coming back and the way it was handled of having to pay every night. The area was way to quiet for my liking especially at night. The other thing that was weird to me was the access to the doors at the entrance. You can enter the hotel whenever you wanted but leaving, the doors where always locked from me getting out. The front desk guys had to let me out every time but should it not be the other way around? If you are worried about security, should you not want to prevent people from getting in, not out?

The hotel operates in a very manual way. To open the garage, the main door, etc. A person has to run and literally open the gate. This is not convenient if you’re driving because you have to get off your car, go to the lobby and ask for someone to open the garage bar. Overall, the hotel is nice.

Excellent hotel. Stayed here for surgery in the Mendiza eye clinic. It could not be more comfortable or convenient. A one minure walk to rhe clinic. Plus, the hotel and ftaff are excellent!

Todo muy bien, el departamento muy bonito y arreglado, sin embargo la regadera no tiene cancel, tiene un tubo y una cortina feos. Creo que urge que pongan cancel aunque sea de aluminio, la regadera desentona. También eso de que dejes mil pesos de depósito es muy inusual.
