I enjoy my stays here. The staff is for the most part friendly and accommodating. Good location to walk around el centro. The hotel has a restaurant, which is convenient. Parking structure around the corner, if needed. Hotel has what I need for my stay.

Have stayed here before and enjoy my stay. Ive never had any problem with safety concerns. Lot's of shopping and dinning within walking distance. The staff is cordial and nice and most know me already. Great service!

I've stayed here several times. The staff is friendly and they are always courteous. The hotel is in the center of downtown. Since it's not well insulated you can hear all the noise from outside at all times of the day/night. Other than that the stay was good.

Didn't have a car this time but it is convenient when needed in a congested area. Hotel staff, incl restaurant & cleaning ladies are great! Will stay here again. My only complaint was a noisy neighbor having to watch TV in the middle of the night, volume at full blast.

Have stayed here before and for the most part I enjoy my stay. The hotel has changed some personnel, but the cleaning ladies are always very friendly and helpful. Front desk is a different story. You can't request an extended stay past noon because you're told you have to pay another day, which before wssnt a problem staying until 1:PM. Our plane departure time was 9:PM.The front desk girl could be more professional and helpful.

Limpia la habitación, pero se escucha el ruido de la calle toda la noche y las cortinas no cubren las ventanas por lo que la luz de la calle ingresa... A quienes se nos dificulta dormir con luz.

La recepción fue atenta y amable, el edificio es antiguo, la alfombra de los pasillos muy deteriorada y olorosa a sucio. No tiene aire acondicionado en los cuartos. Estaban hospedados varios empleados de alguna empresa o compañía que no dejaron de hacer ruido, gritaban con groserías y no dejaron dormir.

Está en una muy buena ubicación, los precios son accesibles, el estacionamiento es muy cercano. La habitacion era para tres o cuatro personas, era amplia y tenía vista a la calle, aunque realmente no se puede apreciar bien la vista, no tiene aire acondicionado, pero los ventanales son grandes y cuenta con un ventilador, sólo hay un enchufe en la habitación y otro en el baño, uno de los cuales no estaba en buenas condiciones, hay televisión y son dos camas dobles, no estaban en tan buenas condiciones; el baño es pequeño, sí tiene agua caliente. El hotel cuenta con elevador, pero sólo es para dos personas a la vez, hay escaleras, así que si son adultos mayores o no tienes condición para subir muchas escaleras, pide en el primer piso. También tiene restaurante y servicio a la habitación.
