Cumple y sorprende en casi todo

Muy buena opción para hospedarse. El check-in fue rápido y sin complicaciones, y la habitación era sorprendentemente amplia, incluso con dos camas todavía quedaba mucho espacio para moverse con comodidad. La limpieza fue impecable, y tanto la vista como los servicios dentro de la habitación estuvieron muy bien. La regadera es monomando sin señalización, pero nada que no se pueda deducir. Agradezco especialmente que el shampoo y acondicionador no fueran los típicos de hotel que resecan el cabello —un detalle que se valora. El desayuno incluido no es buffet, pero hay varias opciones; aunque sí tardó bastante (30–40 min) en llegar, valió la pena. Como nota: la entrada al estacionamiento está sobre la calle lateral, no al frente, donde solo hay unos pocos cajones al aire libre.

El hotel es bonito, cómodo, limpio te dejan shampoo, jabón, crema, toallas limpias, cobijas, plancha, secadora, agua, café, nuestra habitación tenía micro y frigobar, todo lo básico para la estancia; el personal muy amable, a disposición y respetuosos, nos resguardaron nuestras maletas después del check out para que vayamos a comer ya que nuestro vuelo salía hasta las 5 pm, todo muy bien, lo único es la comida, necesitan mejorar un poco el sazón, y la variedad de los buffetes de los desayunos, las muchachas que atendieron eran nuevas y se atrasaban mucho en ocasiones llevaron bebidas diferentes a las que se pidieron, pero se comprende esa parte, el otro joven muy servicial y con más experiencia.

Más o menos.

El hotel está más o menos nuevo, pero la limpieza del baño fue mala (estaba salpicada la tapa del baño), cuando llegamos nos dijeron que nos habían cambiado la habitación porque llevaba una persona en silla de ruedas (no había la opción de poner andadera) y nos dejaron en primer piso pero hasta el final del pasillo del hotel. Pedimos servicio de comida del Restaurant, unas enchiladas potosinas más pequeñas nunca vi (y viví muchos años en San Luis), la hamburguesa si estaba rica, pero la mesera que nos llevó la comida no sabía que también habíamos pedido bebidas jeje. Al parecer les faltaba personal porque pedí ayuda para saber como salía agua caliente de la regadera, tuve que marcar dos veces porque había pasado más de media hora y nadie llegaba, para penosa descubrir que la caliente solo salía con el máximo chorro de agua, si le bajabas el chorro el agua se enfriaba!, no tenía señalización de agua caliente/fría. Eso si, todo el personal que nos atendió súper amable, gracias.

En general buen servicio, restaurante mal.

En general bien, sólo que 2 veces tuve que bajar a que me activarán la llave, un día en el desayuno buffet no había platos, vasos, tasas, ni cubiertos y los meseros de mala gana nos dieron unos platos ondos, una tasa para el café y sólo cucharas pequeñas, aun faltaban 20 min para que cerrará el servicio y aunque aún había 3 platillos y gente como que ya no nos querían atender.

Como que el Hotel ya vivió su mejor época. Nos fallo el internet a pesar que nos dieron un modem en la habitación, la puerta del baño no cerraba bien y la ducha estaba llena de sarro por lo que no salia correctamente bien el agua y se lleno de agua todo el baño. No me dieron los beneficios VIP como miembro de expedia. No creo que nos volvamos a hospedar aquí.
