Minutes from downtown, wineries, and the Fairgounds, this property is privately situated on a 1 acre lot with amazing views (and visits from local deer) with plenty of off-street parking.

We offer a large pool that is 4ft deep throughout, perfect for kids and adults alike. Pool is surrounded by spacious deck area, for lounging in the sun, Yoga, or viewing the stars from the country setting. We have a thermal pool heating system that is dependent upon sunlight and ambient temperatures. Provides comfortable pool temperatures typically May through Oct.
Each bedroom has convenient USB plugs and Amazon Alexa/Dot on every nightstand. Echo Dot and Echo Show in kitchen and family room for recipes, weather, movies, jokes, as well as access to Amazon Unlimited music in every room. Covered patio in backyard is equipped with speakers, misters for those summer afternoons, and a natural gas BBQ. Side yard also has shaded patio with picnic table.

Upstairs rooms (each with own luxury white hotel linens, towels, hairdryer, ceiling fan, and Alexa feature):
~ Huge Master Suite with 1 Queen Sleigh bed + 1 Memory foam platform sleeper sofa to sleep 4 comfortably. Large en-suite dual sink bathroom with Spa Soaker tub & separate shower. Boasts vaulted ceilings with amazing southern views of mountains and beautiful sunrise/sunsets.

Kitchen is recently renovated and fully equipped with everything you need, including cookware, large crock-pot, outdoor and indoor tableware, entertaining dishes, reverse osmosis water purifier and Quartz countertops. Gas stove, microwave, toaster oven, Keurig, Coffee maker, Tea Kettle and island to gather around.

Teri was extremely prompt in responding to our messages. The house was beautiful and comfortable and very well equipped. The game room added a lot of fun to our stay. We couldn’t get the fire pit to work, even though Teri patiently tried to walk us through it. It would have been nice to have during the chilly nights. Nevertheless, highly recommend booking a stay at this house!

Perfect weekend getaway

The house was really amazing - well appointed, incredibly clean, super comfortable and in a great location.We had an awesome girls' weekend here and couldn't ask for anything more. Loved the backyard and pool, and our host was fantastic. Great house for a family and/or friends vacation.

Beautiful home. And we loved the location. We were able to walk in the neighborhood in the morning filled with beautiful sceneries and pretty homes. Ideally perfect for 5 couples, we had to have one couple sleep on the two sofas but it was pretty comfortable. Host was very quick to respond. Much appreciated.

Wonderful Thanksgiving stay

We had a fabulous time and really enjoyed the home and all its amenities. The game room was a big hit. We hope to stay again in the spring or summer to take advantage of the lovely pool. The location is close enough to town to enjoy all the great Paso shops and restaurants. Great place to stay. 5 stars!!!!

Fabulous family retreat

The panoramic views, wonderful space, game room and close proximity to Paso Robles made this the perfect place for our families to spend a wonderful weekend together. A group of us rented the house to celebrate a friend’s 60th bday. The house is stocked with everything. The kitchen has everything you need to make large meals and the rooms are spacious with comfortable beds. We really enjoyed spending the day at pool, which is heated. Perfect weekend

An amazing property! A group of friends celebrating a big birthday. The home was so comfortable and relaxing. Beautiful neighborhood, spectacular view. The beds were excellent, kitchen had everything we needed. We spent the days swimming and relaxing. We hired a caterer recommended by Teri who prepared a wonderful dinner for our group one night. It was unanimously decided we will come back for our annual trip.

Family of the Groom

Wonderful wedding weekend! Our family of four couples and two children had such a lovely stay! We brought food in because the backyard views are so fabulous, and spent out first night before the whirlwind weekend relaxing together around the fire table. The bedding was so comfortable and towels were clean and plush. It was so nice that the house had a professional steamer as we touched up our clothing from travel for the wedding. Small questions / issues were easily communicated and quickly resolved. Highly recommend, thank you very much!

Great stay!

We stayed here for my mom’s 60th birthday. The house was amazing and perfect for our needs. The views were spectacular. The host was super helpful when it came to ideas for wine tours and restaurants. Only complaint we had was that there was a rooster at a nearby house that was very loud and started before 5am. We also weren’t able to work the outdoor fireplace, but it wasn’t something that we needed to have on. Overall, great experience!

Welcoming home with many amenities

Teri’s place is perfectly set up for a luxurious getaway with family & friends. We hosted a family reunion and a baby shower and the house was equipped with everything we could ask for. The game room was a huge hit when the Sun made it too hot to be outdoors and the pool was the perfect size and setup for hours of outdoor fun! Teri graciously allowed for a earlier check-in and check-out which was a huge help with the heat and elders in the family. We look forward to visiting again!

Fantastic View and Pool

We loved the home, the outdoor space and the game room. The best possible equipped home with everything you could think of and some things you never expected. Lots of technology in the home with gaming devices included. We absolutely loved the pool and lounge chairs. My only wish was a king bed since my husband is 6'1" we don't sleep well in a queen together.

This property was the perfect location for a girls birthday weekend celebration. Beautiful pool with lots of deck chairs for our group of 12 to lounge by the pool. Great kitchen with lots of seating area/living room spaces. I had a little trouble, figuring out the outdoor versus indoor music, but the host did have lots of instructions laying around. Lots of extra pool towels was a bonus. I didn’t have kids with me this time, but they would have loved the game room! Great place for a girls get away or a family holiday. Can’t wait to come back!

This home was a perfect stay for 11 adult cousins to enjoy comfortably for a weekend stay in Paso Robles. The outdoor patio was a wonderful place to enjoy the hillside views. The house provided so many places to congregate around a large dining room table, game room and cozy couches. The beds were comfortable, the spaces all very clean and long driveway for multiple vehicles. Looking forward to booking here again for next year.
