"I loved the coffee, tea and hot apple cider in the reception area. The afternoon wine tasting was also lovely. Our issue was with the room. Apparently there was some sort of leak. Half of the carpeted floor in our room was soaking wet - I had to wear shoes all the time unless I wanted to walk around in soggy carpet. There was also a pretty strong stench of … you know what … in the room. Apparently the leak was coming from a broken pipe in the bathroom. When we told the person at the front, she said that yes, they are aware of the leak. And they are trying to fix it. In the meantime, we had to spend the night in a room with a soggy floor and a strong poop smell. They did not switch our rooms. They did not offer any sort of refund or reduction in price. "
