Stayed for 5 nights. Great service replenished water. Only complaint was there was no hot water on last. Front counter said we have 24/7 service should have called. I wanted to use the shower before heading on airplane so how they have time? Nice hotel but maybe not for the price.

Hotel El Zócalo is absolutely beautiful! From the moment we arrived, everything was top-notch. The atmosphere is gorgeous, the location is unbeatable, and the service was truly exceptional.
