"The hotel facility was modern and clean. The location was also good. The staff and breakfast were excellent. Most hotels are on the the hill and highly recommend taking taxi to get to the hotel."

"The room and amenities were very useful with ample space for a family with 1 baby. Toilet had all necessary stuffs and clean as well with a great location very close to the bus stop. Unfortunately we were unhappy with the staff supervisor of the Day of check out who could learn some lessons of "Hospitality". The staff who was in during our check in was very understanding and helpful and seeing how cranky our baby was gave us a grace period until 10:30am even though the check out time is 10am but this staff member was there was totally blunt and sounded rude too. I understand staffs abide by rules which we understand but portraying that message to a customer in the right way is very important in Hospitality sector. Therfore 3 staff for hotel room and 1 star for that staff member."

"Lia and Carmine are the best hosts we’ve experienced in our many stays in Italy, and their property is immaculate, exceptionally and tastefully appointed. Breakfast is 10/10! The fruits, homemade breads and jellies are standouts, as well as the caffe and juices. Something for everyone, and delightful setting. "
