"This hotel being part of the Marriott chains of hotels keep its high standard of service. It is located in the newly developed area of Iloilo and situated just beside the Iloilo Convention Center or ICON. It is also a block away from one the biggest and high end malls in city. I avail of their buffet breakfast which I can say not really that impressive and worth the amount I paid, but good enough to start the day. I will definitely stay in this hotel again."

Spacious, spotless rooms with everything you need, and service that sets the bar — from check-in to checkout, the staff were there every step, attentive without being intrusive. It’s the kind of setting you slow down for. If you want a hotel in Bacolod that delivers genuine first-class service and gets every detail right, this is the one. An easy recommendation, and a place I’d return to without hesitation."

"I’ve stayed at this hotel twice—once for a week in January 2025 and again for 10 days this year—and both experiences were excellent. One of the things I love most is its convenient location. It’s close to shopping malls, restaurants, and other attractions, making it easy to get around while still enjoying a comfortable stay. The breakfast buffet is one of the highlights, with a great variety of delicious options each morning. I also love spending time at the pool and bar area—it’s the perfect place to relax after a day out, and they serve some really delicious drinks. What truly makes this hotel stand out is the staff. Everyone is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to go the extra mile to help. Their exceptional customer service made me feel valued throughout both stays.
