Small, modern resort "Baia dei Gabbiani", built in 2017. 6 houses in the residence. 500 m from the centre of San Lorenzo al Mare, on the outskirts, 3.5 km from the centre of Imperia (Porto Maurizio), 15 km from the centre of San Remo, on a slope, in the residential district, 200 m from the sea, 500 m from the beach, road to cross. For shared use: well-kept terraced garden, 1'600 m2 (fenced). Terrace, garden furniture. In the complex: reception, WiFi, table tennis, washing machine (for shared use). Stepped path (12 steps) to the house. Shop, grocery, restaurant, bar, bakery, café 500 m, bicycle rental 300 m, bus stop 6.8 km, sandy beach 500 m. Marina 200 m, cycle lane 50 m. Consigli di viaggion: la zona è molto bella: spiaggia per cani (rarità in liguria). entroterra molto particolare con belle passeggiate ( civezza, Pietrabruna ecc).In San Lorenzo parco Novaro con percorso benessere e Villa Benier.
