Nestled among centuries-old olive trees and with the majestic local falcons soaring overhead, this 17th-century villa embodies over three centuries of history. Rebuilt by Countess Cesara in 1845 and now expertly restored by a couple with a “country” spirit, the residence offers a warm, authentic atmosphere steeped in charm. Its very name combines the memory of the ancestor Sante with the French toast “santé,” perfect for this place suspended between reality and imagination, where you can rediscover your well-being.

Ideal for hosting up to 9 people, the property features three eclectic and comfortable bedrooms, each with its own fully equipped and perfectly organised bathroom. The sleeping areas are divided as follows: a master bedroom featuring a single sofa bed; a second master bedroom with an adjoining room that includes a double sofa bed and an en suite bathroom; and finally, a third intimate and cosy room with a double sofa bed.

On the ground floor, you’ll be welcomed by a spacious and bright living area, ideal for relaxing while admiring the view outside. At your complete disposal is a kitchen equipped with all the amenities you need to comfortably prepare breakfasts and meals, as well as a convenient laundry area. Maximum comfort is guaranteed in every room thanks to air conditioning throughout the entire property, high-speed Wi-Fi, and convenient private parking on the premises.

From May through September, the true gem of the villa is the stunning private outdoor pool, where you can cool off while enjoying the wonderful, profound silence of the Sannio countryside. You can spend your days in total relaxation at the villa, or exploring the picturesque neighbouring villages and savouring local specialities at restaurants that will be carefully recommended to you.

Finally, the experience at Dimora Santē is enriched by unique and meaningful details: on the nightstands, you’ll find books by the owner, Rosy, an emerging writer who explores human emotions; and, upon request, you’ll have the opportunity to participate in individual psychological counseling sessions on the ground floor with a professional.
