"Staff was less than friendly. Food was terrible. An animal pooped on the sidewalk and the poop stayed there the entire stay. I would never stay in this place again. The beach was great, however it is public. Very poorly managed. "

"My wife booked this based solely on reviews and we were so glad we came across it. The hotel is a smaller boutique style hotel. Front desk was soo friendly. Smaller pool in the middle of the hotel which was nice after being on the beach. Direct beach access, they have someone watching your belongings the entire day so if you’re in the water or go for a walk you don’t have to worry about anyone going thru your stuff. Rooms were spacious, we had 2 beds & a deck with a couch/table on so we ate on the deck each morning They do not have a restaurant or bar which initially I thought was a bummer but actually made us walk around and got to try other reataurants. There is a market 1/2 a mile down we actually picked up wine/beer & some small things to make in their kitchenette. *we absolutely would stay here again "

"Overall the place was great, great people and very well organized. The only beef I have is that the AC in the rooms were poor and the property needs an ATM. Otherwise, I loved my stay, the food and the pool!!!!"

"The location is very convenient to everything but can be a little noisy at night (mostly talking about the bad karaoke singing haha). There are many animals around which is fun to see. The property is really charming. The breakfast options could be better for vegans but the staff tried their best to accommodate us. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel "

"The property is beautiful and very unique, surrounded by trees. We stayed in a lovely two story colorful bungalow that had a kitchenette, a balcony with great views and a patio with a plunge pool. Each bungalow is very private thanks to the heavy jungle foliage and the large mango trees. Every morning a large Iguana stopped by to say hello. There is a larger pool area in the hotel where you can get wine, beer, water and drinks and you jot down what you took (it’s an honor system). Steve, the owner, is a wonderful host and was very helpful and caring. He took care of our transportation and had many great tips. Marta and the other staff were very warm and helpful. Breakfast was very good. It was an easy walk to town and to the beach. Overall it was a wonderful stay!!! "
