Stunning View
Overall i did not give a 5 because i feel their should be more than one set of keys. So that guess can do different things and not be stock because the other person has the key. Also the apartment has no washer and drier inside. You have to go up and down, when i realize it was told it migth not work. We had to put all dirty clothes with clean clothes. If you dont care for clothes watching then it was an amazing experience. Loraine was great. Loved the quiet clean pool abd like i said before the view is worthed every penny

Happy to hear that you had an amazing time however, I apologize for the inconveniences you encountered during your stay. Unfortunately, the city of Fajardo experienced a water shortage which affected the operation of the laundry room in the basement. However, our apartment had water available from our reservoir tanks for your use. Regarding the keys, our policy allows for one set per guest for security reasons. We understand that this may be challenging at times, and we appreciate your understanding. Additionally, guests can conveniently access the basement laundry room using the elevator despite the city's water supply issues. We are committed to ensuring our guests have a comfortable stay and value your feedback.

Lorraine’s place was immaculate. This little town is great. We had a few water activities planned and the location was perfect. Great local restaurants and all around good vibes!

The surrounding area and neighbour of the apartment looks really BAD. We have two kids and they were very scared and would dare to stay in the room. We tried to cancel the booking. Although the owner promised to call me back, she NEVER did. We were charged full price for two days that we did not staying there. IF you are checking this place, don't be fooled by the pictures or other comments. I was tricked by that. If you want a safe and reliable place for your vacation. Look for somewhere else. Otherwise, you will end up leaving the place but get NO refund and get your vacation ruined.

The property was nice couldn’t use any amenities from the neighboring Conquistador hotel that was said we were able for an extra fee and apparently it has been that way for several years need to change description of the rental property many power outages at least 2 per day poor WiFi had to walk up six flights three times cause no power

The view was absolutely amazing and the host kept the place well stocked. Only thing that was a concern was the driveway leading to the building. At night it was a bit eerie with the red lights and cars that would park along the street.

Magnificent views and excellent location
The property was all I needed to relax . The Condo/ studio location is excellent. The Condo was clean which is a plus for me. The owner was very responsive to the emails and the checking process was a breeze. The security of the building was a plus for us. We will definitively comeback!

Beautiful and perfect for my family
My husband, 13 yr old , 10 yr old and I enjoyed our stay in this lovely studio apartment. Everything was conveniently close by and the view of the ocean is unmatched! Lorraine was a wonderful host who answered in a timely manner and never seemed bothered by me. I look fwd to coming back and enjoying this home again!

Amazing view!
The efficiency was perfect for our little family of 4 while we visited Fajardo. It's within walking distance of the park and a few restaurants. But the view was unbelievable! Every morning and sunset was wonderful sitting on the balcony. Communication with the property owner was great too. She was courteous and left us snorkel gear for our entertainment. She was great. Security was nice too. I would recommend it for sure. Only one thing missing- a washer and dryer.

Even better than expected!
We were very pleased with our stay and wish it had been longer than two nights. Communication from the owner was superb. The condo had everything we could've needed. Plenty of towels, comfortable furniture, kitchen dishes etc. The balcony was so enjoyable with the ocean view and breeze. It was interesting to watch the renovations at the resort/Marina next door during the day & very quiet at night. It was very easy to walk to the park area where the restaurants are and the meeting spots for tours. Security was always at the garage entrance which gave us extra peace of mind. I want to come back soon!!

I absolutely loved this place. It felt warm like home not a cold hotel room. Well equipped, clean, and the view was spectacular. Great restaurants within walking distance. Lorraine was amazing. I will definitely stay again.

Location, Location, Location!
Imagine opening your double sliding doors and there's the beautiful Atlantic Ocean right in front of you. From the sixth floor, you can hear and see the water breaking on the jetty that protects the property. You are right there and can't get any closer. The room is wonderful. You have twenty-four-hour security and park in a protected garage. Great kitchen, shower, air conditioning, and ceiling fans all make this a wonderful place. You're right in the heart of Fajardo giving you easy access to great food and bars! It's a wonderful spot and you can't go wrong!

Not stunning since adjacent marina is closed, under construction since hurricaine maria. No beach. Too much driving to find restaurants and groceries. Nearby nature centers closed indefinitely. Washer is hard to find in a stairwell. Our room was fine.
