Boasting a well-equipped kitchen and proximity to a grocery store, evenings are effortlessly spent preparing meals and unwinding on the balcony, soaking in the sunset and gentle Caribbean winds.
The space
Situated within a gated community, this 3 bedroom, 1 bath abode offers both comfort and security. The common areas and bedrooms have air conditioning and ceiling fans, and we ask for everyone to be mindful of the energy use. There is a balcony area to enjoy the breeze.

Located within a gated community that is very peaceful. There's a strict policy: No parties and quiet hours from 10pm to 7am (based on neighborhood rules and San Juan Municipality Code)
