Beach convenience

Great stay. This condo offered everything we needed just steps away from the beach and pool. Nice views of the ocean from the balcony. Would definitely stay here again.

Great stay

Apartment was identical to the listing. The apartment was very clean and included cooking, cleaning and blackout essentials if needed. Beautiful views of the pool and ocean. Best part was hearing the sounds of the ocean at night. Close to everything and I would definitely return.

Great first stay in Puerto Rico!

My family and I had a wonderful time here. The area was very safe and everyone was always very friendly. It’s super close to the beach, grocery stores, and restaurants, so we were able to walk to most places. We had a clogged toilet and the property manager was very responsive and sent someone to fix it immediately. Great experience overall!

Beautiful beach location

We definitely had everything we needed at this beach location! We stayed 3 nights and enjoyed that there were several great restaurants in the neighborhood and a large grocery store (Amigos) just 2 blocks away. The beach was the nicest swimming beach we found on the East side of the Island. Great place to stay.

Wonderful Stay!

Gia's was great about communicating with me. Her place was easy to find. I felt completely safe in the unit and in the area. She provided everything we needed for our time there plus so many extra nice touches. The water was nice and hot. Everything was new and clean. I would highly recommend!

Great location and view

Absolutely loved the location and the view was just as described. Wonderful local food options near by and beach was extremely close. Condo had everything we needed and communication was easy and quick. Bed was comfortable and shower had great water pressure. My only complaint was finding the entrance when driving yourself. Our map apps didnt direct us to the right location. I would suggest stating the business infront of the entrance gates ro help locate easier.

Beautiful and pleasant

Our Stay at Playa Azul was absolutely wonderful. Apartment is very up to date and very Clean. The Sunrise and Sunset view is stunning.

Excellent stay

Easy finding the apartment from the airport. Very nice and welcoming security. Clean house and great view. Gia was very helpful when we asked her to help us when we were locked out of the apartment. Would stay here again.

Breath taking vacation

Just like the pictures on the web site. Very clean and comfortable. I stayed with my sister and dad. We enjoyed the breathtaking scenery. The security was very attentive which I liked and friendly.I would definitely go back can’t wait to book again

Great view!

Off to a rough start. Did not have check in info. Turns out I just didn't find in VRBO app (after I got home reviewed how I missed it). With help from manager it was all resolved first night. Satisfactory visit. Beaches were close and enjoyed our visits. Plenty of restaurants to enjoy.

Will stay again!

Loved this property! Check in was easy and the staff was extremely kind and helpful. Gia (the host) was quick to answer any questions and sent us a bunch of local information in regard to restaurants, activities etc. The location is fantastic. We were only 4 miles from El Yunque and Rainforest Zipline (which I highly recommend) and maybe 20 minutes to Fajardo for the bioluminescent kayak tour. The Luquillo Kioscos were close and the food at Eidelweiss was delicious (lobster mofongo!). The pool was great and easy access to the beach. The apartment itself is lovely. Loved having the washer and dryer and beach towels provided. We stayed in two other places while in Puerto Rico and Gia was the best host by far.

We loved our stay

We were very pleased with the condo. It has an excellent view of the ocean and has been kept up very nicely. It's located between San Juan and Fajardo where we did a few things. The rest of the time we were in Luquillo where the condo is located. The condo has a nice beach that you can walk a long ways on. There are a few areas in and on the building that can use some upkeep, such as the fence around the tennis court, and some things on the building. Otherwise, it's great!

Wonderful Luquillo

This property matched the pictures and description without fault. The view from the balcony was beautiful- a perfect spot to start each day. The apartment was clean and comfortable. Our host was great- quick with responses. Take advantage of her suggestions, we took many and were never disappointed. The staff at the complex was incredibly friendly, and while we did not need any help I feel they would have readily offer any assistance needed. We spent 2 weeks here; it was the perfect spot for long walks on the beach ( at least 2 miles in either direction), having a beach day right outside your door, or being a home base for El Yunque, Fajardo, Culebra, or San Juan. There are great restaurants/ street food/bars that you can walk to. We loved our stay here and would choose this place if we return to PR.

2nd phase of our trip

My husband and i had stayed at this location before but in a different building. The area is great, walk steps to the beach, the pool or tennis court. The condo was super clean, no hotel like smell, which is great. The bed was not comfortable for me (back issues) but my husband liked it. The condo had everything you need for the beach. The building is under renovation but it didnt impede us from our daily activities. The security guards were friendly and helpful. Shout out to Madeline. Would definitely stay a third time.

Amazing week!

The property was amazing and has a ton of activities. The view is amazing! You can see the beach and surrounding area. Super family friendly. Met several people who own units in the building and they were so nice and welcoming. Felt very safe. You need a pass to get on the property and then a key to get in building and there is a 24 personnel at both. Two separate basketball courts, one full size and another four smaller kids. The pool is huge. Everything was clean and neat. Washer and dryer in the unit, decent size TV’s, two single beds in the living room. Couldn’t have asked for more. Lastly, Gia was amazing. I messaged her several times and she always responded within just a couple minutes. She was not just friendly, but also accommodating. I’m very appreciative to have stayed here. I am confident we will be back!

Lovely stay in Luquillo

Upon arrival there is 24 hr security in the property of the 3 building complex. The courtyard was very well maintained. There is a gate that exits to lovely public beach access. The beach was beautiful and there was good snorkeling at the reef right there. One day there was even manatees! The apartment was very clean and well maintained. It had everything we were looking for. The beds were comfy and air conditioning kept us comfortable at night. The view was also beautiful from the balcony. Our host made the check in and out process very simple and easy to do. The kiosks and luquillo beach were an easy 5 min drive from the apartment and the rainforest was about 15 min, all with plenty to do and a lot of local cuisine and atmosphere. One thing i think that is worth mentioning are guidelines for this secured property. Beach access after 7 pm you have to leave the grounds because the gate will be locked. This ensures safety of the people who live in the buildings and visitors, so I don’t think it’s a bad thing. The complex also does not allow use of the pool after 7 pm, which is also good for safety. We were happy to follow the community rules as guests to this home. We are very grateful to our host for sharing their beautiful property that made us comfortable, safe, and gave us a great place to enjoy a lot of things Puerto Rico has to offer. Thank you!

The room was just as pictured. Note: there was only ONE beach chair and one uncomfortable folding camp chair. Besides that, everything was great. Very clean room, safe building, easy access to beach & shopping. Beautiful location for view. It was quiet and front desk security staff was very friendly. Communication was great! We had a very nice trip!
