Marble floors, open concept living, dining & kitchen, stove/oven, dishwasher, washer & dryer. Full size fridge. linens, beach towels & chairs. Built-in pool/Free designated parking/security. 3 blocks to Full Casual dining to 5 Star Restaurants supermarket 1.5 miles.

THE SPACE

L/R & D/R furniture, 2 Queen Beds. Pots & pans, dishes, paper goods, coffee filters, etc. Towels, beach towels & beach chairs. Built in pool/Free designated parking/security guard. Water rentals on beach. 3 blocks to restaurants, pharmacy, car/bicycle rental. Full supermarket 1.5 miles.

GUEST ACCESS

We welcome you to our home away from home... You will have the entire apartment to yourself. In addition, you have access to an underground, covered parking spot. The pool and outdoor shower are accessed through the lobby. There is a public laundry facility you may use as well, but we do have a private full washer & dryer in the condo. You will also find a variety of books to borrow, swap, etc. and a shopping cart to help bring up your luggage and groceries.
Through the gated parking lot you will step directly on the beautiful sandy Isla Verde Beach. Calm turquoise waters, warm breezes, friendly people.
