Top San Juan Hotel Reviews
Kapok Hotel
8/10 Good
"I like that the staff was very nice and attentive and the place was clean breakfast was of they could have a little more variety"
Hyatt Regency Trinidad
10/10 Excellent
"The room was spacious and comfortable. I enjoyed the food especially buffet breakfast. And love the room service. What I would appreciate a hot meal available for late night room service. I got in around 1am and would have loved a soup or red bean rice with chicken. Otherwise everything was good"
Hilton Trinidad & Conference Centre
8/10 Good
"Our stay was generally good. We enjoyed our mini getaway trip. We were looking to mostly stay onsite at the hotel and focus on relaxing for the weekend. We found the staff was pleasant and helpful except for one instance where the male towel attendant at the poolside was rude. Our room was clean and I enjoyed the balcony facing the mountains. I loved watching the morning sun hit the mountains as the sun rises. Breakfast was freshly made everyday with Caribbean and North American options except for the pastries which tasted very very stale. The main restaurant for the property, Herbs and Spices, was only available for buffet breakfast throughout our stay, lunch and dinner service were not available there. There is one menu for the hotel that was available throughout the property- poolside, patio, deck, lobby. The menu is very overpriced, for example, we paid $70 USD for one 12 inch pizza, 1 serving of wings and 2 Coca Cola. Local food is much more enjoyable and will cost a small fraction of the hotel food so I would recommend taking a trip out to get some local food for the day, especially if you’re buying for a larger group (Becareful when you leave the hotel and use the hotel’s taxi if you are heading out). There is an independent restaurant called Luce that is on the hotel property. Food and staff were amazing, I would definitely recommend trying them for dinner while you’re there."
