My entire stay was beyond comfortable and the hospitality was great . Breakfast had so many options and was delicious. The pool was clean and I will definitely bring my family back to stay at this hotel

Very nice property, staff is very friendly. Enjoyed the pool bar (food is very yummy) when not hanging out at the beach, which is like a 5 mins walk. There is person partnered w/ the hotel that'd provide chairs and umbrellas on the beach (if you have a hotel wristband). The daily (2 hrs) happy hour was another plus along with the morning breakfasts that's available until 10a daily.

I liked the place and staff was very mannerly and engaging. I wish the beds had been made daily or at least every other day. After 1st day, I made them automatically. Otherwise all was pretty nice. Definitely merits return visits.

The hotel is in a good area, near to the highway and airport. The breakfast was decent, different egg options, breads, waffles. I didn't like the muffins that were offered. The coffee was strong.

My mom and I stayed here last minute because of a cancelled flight. I didn’t know what to expect, but it was really nice. Our room was big and comfortable. Loved the pool bar. The only negative thing I would mention was all the bird poop on the chairs outside by the pool.

The area is surrounded by great places to eat. Easy 15 minute walk to great Isla Verde beach. Free breakfast was good but not great. Happy Hour was good but the snacks were a joke. Concierge is across the street too. Front desk staff is weak regarding their knowledge of the area. The $50.00 resort fee is way too high for a free beach chair.

We loved everything from them. They were life savers after the fiasco we went thru with an Airbnb apartment the same day in the afternoon. They welcomed us very nicely, assisted us with our check in patiently (we had our 8 month old daughter) and provided us with all the amenities needed for our stay (even a crib for our little). They had good breakfast selection and a nice happy hr everyday. Overall, a great experience.

My husband and I recently stayed at the Hampton Inn and really enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was enjoyable. Daily cocktail hour from 5-7 was great. Beach was a 5 minute walk. They provided towels at the hotel and the chairs and umbrellas were waiting for you at the beach... which was gorgeous.

The hotel & rooms were exceptionally clean, the breakfasts were such a nice thing to provide & we were very grateful. However, many employees in the hotel were not very friendly, especially the front desk staff. With the exception of one very sweet woman overseeing the morning breakfast on Saturday 4/20/24 & Lisa, who I don't think is an actual Hampton Inn employee but manages the area on the beach for Hampton guests, Lisa was truly wonderful. Otherwise, out of 5 of us, no matter how pleasant & polite we were, we were met mostly with attitudes, cranky faces & rude or kurt responses. Most times you wouldn't even get acknowledged or get a "hello" back when making an effort to greet someone who worked at the hotel. I don't expect hospitality but I treat everyone with basic kindness & respect and appreciate the same in return. The staff either do not like their jobs or find the guests bothersome because that's the vibe they give off. When asked for details about the beach club, I was given the wrong information & told "read the map". Groups of employees socializing, laughing, having a great time & when a guest comes by they're ignored while the group goes silent until you pass, or keep talking ignoring that you exist. Uncomfortable atmosphere in that regard. We loved the island & treated it with respect, it's beautiful. I'd choose another hotel next time, without a resort fee for a hotel that isn't a resort. Saddened by our experience.

We stayed at the Hampton Inn the night before our early morning flight out. It was very convenient to the airport and had very nice facilities. There were several restaurants in walking distance and the hotel offered an evening managers social each night. The social included free beer, wine, and rum punch as well as chips, nacho cheese, and mixed nuts. A nice bonus!

Everything about our stay was wonderful. They have awesome staff, clean comfortable rooms, with a really nice TV. They had a fantastic breakfast offering every day. The cocktail hour in the evening was an unexpected delight. The pool was great and beach was a1&1/2 block walk with the hotel having umbrellas and chairs waiting. They even watched our luggage while we walked around waiting to leave later in the day. It was such a wonderful experience!!

The lobby area of the hotel is good, however the rooms could use some updating. The housekeepers do a good job keeping the rooms clean. We had a minor hick-up early in our stay, which was quickly resolved so we could enjoy our 5-day stay. I like that the hotel is conveniently located 2 miles from the airport and within walking distance of many restaurants and stores including CVS, Walgreens, and supermarkets. It is about a 10-minute walk to the beach. The highlight of our stay was the social event in the evenings. Did not like that the pigeons partook of the social snacks and left their by-products on the chairs and tables.

Not terrible, but not the best. A little farther from the beach than it sounds. It is a 10 minute walk to the beach. Luckily there are chairs there. Pool area and bar are nice, but pool deck very slippery (someone fell and hit head while we were there) Happy hour is a nice touch. (not really free because you pay a 40 per day resort fee). They do not service rooms much, we had towels and trash stacked up and had to take out own trash. Suite was an ample size for family of four. Free breakfast was good. Not a lot of stores or restaurants right around, but food at pool bar was decent.

We arrived prior to check i and we got lucky and was able to check in early because our room was ready. However they were willing to hold our luggage if it wasn’t. Room was decent, they could do better with making sure no sand was on the floors. It’s every other day housekeeping , they don’t make the beds only place fresh towels in the bathroom and take out the trash in the bins. The free breakfast was delicious and i loved the free happy hour. Pool area was clean although bird poop on chairs just place a towel over it though. Poolside bar and grill had the most delicious cheeseburger we ordered daily it was so addicting. It’s a NYC block and half from The beach but they provide chairs and umbrellas once you flash your hotel bracelet . Many restaurants, stores and pharmacies within walking distance def would stay agin! Def family oriented
