Welcome to our private home Villa de Dream set in a quiet and safe neighborhood, bordering the El Yunque National Forest on 1 acre. Spend a day at the beach and return to enjoy cooking in the fully stocked beautiful kitchen. When the spectacular sunsets, enjoy a cocktail, relax in a hammock, or enjoy a game of pool in the bar. You can get away from the hustle of town, but a short drive to many tourist activities. There are soursop, bananas, plantain, guava, star fruit, mandarin, passion fruit, and mulberry, growing on the property you are welcome to, if it is in season, and many other amenities!
This private home is on the border of the El Yunque National Rain Forest, away from the hustle and bustle. We recommend stopping and getting most of your groceries on your way to the house. The area is quiet and friendly! You have plenty of Privacy on the property. There is Madina's bar and a small grocery store about 2 minutes away.
This large home has 2 bedrooms, a full kitchen, and an attached private Casita. The Casita has its own kitchen, 1 bedroom that sleeps 2 adults, and a set of bunkbeds suited best for kids or small adults. The entire property is yours!
Included is a Roku TV in all bedrooms and bar, plunge pool, pool table, darts, Bluetooth sound speakers, covered outdoor eating area, gas stoves, BBQ, and breathtaking views from the decks! This home is equipped with an automatic backup generator and a water system that provides plenty of water. However, conservation is encouraged as it is an island! You can access the whole house, minus the locked office off the master bedroom, and any locked closets. We are not on-site, you may see our property manager or lawn or pool service taking care of the property, we are always available for messaging.

The view is unbeatable! Large bedrooms with their own bathrooms. Beautiful indoor kitchen and gathering areas. Meals on the upper outdoor deck were dreamy and the lower patio was made for fun!! Host were awesome to work!!

First of all -the view. Paired with the spacious design... you can admire the view from the beautiful living room, from the large porch, from the large patio area, from the little pool. Very well equipped. Good beds. Good AC. Great open spaces. Teenagers loved the casita. Owners are great communicators. No real downsides except maybe paucity of electrical outlets. But the kitchen has many. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

If you want a beautiful home with all the amenities in a fantastic location to bond with family members, this is the place! After venturing out to explore the sites of Puerto Rico, it is exciting to return home to relax or spend time enjoying the amenities this home provides. This property is perfect if you're looking for a quiet, tropical retreat! The road to the house is very windy, so you must be comfortable driving in those conditions (I’d say a rental car is a MUST for exploring the island from here). The hosts are extremely communicative and provided us with all necessary information.

Wow! This place was absolutely beautiful! We only stayed for 3 nights but wish we had been there longer. The home is stunning........the views indescribable. From being able to walk the property to pick fruits, the fun lower porch with darts, pool table & party lights! The dipping pool was great, my 6yo granddaughter loved it! Would highly recommend. April the host gave us some great suggestions where we could go for fun with a 6yo. Hope to return to this amazing home. Thanks April!

This house was perfect for our first trip to Puerto Rico. We wanted to be not too far from our “to do” list and this house fit the bill! The soaking pool, and multiple deck/patio spaces were perfect for relaxing. The house was very clean and we had everything we needed. The owners were very helpful and responsive. Couldn’t have got any better! The view and house are even better in person!! Detached Casita worked perfect for my niece and daughter they had their own little apartment, they loved it! location is great - 30 mins away from San Juan 15 mins from Luquillo beach right on el yunque hiking and zip lining only minutes away! Would 100% recommend!! The host was awesome, very responsive everything went without a hitch!! Thank you April!!

2 years ago we stayed on the west coast of PR, in a villa on the beach. This year we wanted to switch it up, looked for a place in the rain forest area, and found this place. It was well supplied, very comfortable lay-out, fun area downstairs, amazing views from upstairs, close to the beach and marina - overall a "5 star" stay for 3 adult couples. A bit of a curvy road to get there, but worth every curve.

Celebrating my 60th birthday in El Yunque rainforest was better than I had hoped it could be! The layout of the home was perfect for our group for both gathering and privacy. The open kitchen, dining, living was awesome for breakfast and lounging. The upstairs deck and view was another fantastic lounging spot, complete with fans. The outside downstairs gathering space needed a little cleaning attention but everything else was very clean and free of pests. The three main bedrooms are in separate areas of the home so privacy, for three traveling couples, exceeded expectations. Overall, a great place with a respondent hostess - we loved it!

If you are on the fence about this property, JUST BOOK IT. Seriously breath taking views, property is gorgeous, well stocked and just heaven. Fruit trees and the view are the icing on the cake. We all wish we could live here full time 10 out of 10 STAY HERE.

We loved the patio-was a great place to unwind! The property is well cared for & beautiful. There was a ripe starfruit but we didn't pick it. The pool table was great to have. It cooled off enough in the evenings that we didn't use the plunge pool but was very clean and inviting. We had everything we needed in the kitchen-thanks for the coffee! I would love to stay again!

This place is wonderful. The roads in and out were an adventure but so worth it. The view cannot be beat and the house has everything you need. We found the welcome book after a couple days so we did live on two dogs that came to the house. We didn’t see that warning up front. I wish I could bring them home with us! So sweet.

As advertised, and the pictures do not do justice to this beautiful home. We were entirely comfortable staying here for two months. The house heats up during the day but this is easily and quickly controlled by the powerful house air conditioners. After a long hike in El Yunque or relaxing at the beach, the fresh water plunge pool (ambient) helped cool us. The narrow, paved road up to the house, (PR 956), is challenging but do-able with some practice. Once down the mountain, PR 3 and 66 provide convenient access to groceries, fast food, restaurants, beaches and the rainforest. Back at the house, the neighborhood is full of life. During the day, one hears roosters, dogs, cats, doves, and boat-tailed grackles. In the evening, the cars and trucks coming home from work can be noisy, but by 8 PM things have quieted and coqui start singing. Enchanting sound on the enchanted isle.

We stayed here for a week with another couple and 4 kids aged 10-16. The space was amazing for all of us! The kids had their own casita with bathroom and small kitchen. The adults stayed in the big house, with a well-stocked kitchen. The views were amazing, and the upstairs and downstairs porches got plenty of use, especially the pool table and grill. The downstairs bedroom in the main house got warm a few nights, which was solved by leaving the door open and cranking down the upstairs AC and fans. Overall this house was perfect for fun and relaxation, and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again! Highly recommended.

We stayed here with 2 other couples. It was plenty big, everyone had their own room and own bathroom which was really nice. Kitchen was huge and easy to accommodate 6 people, we cooked almost every night. Kitchen was fully stocked, and really appreciated leaving the things from last guests to use, unopened jars of sauce, noodles, condiments, etc. Both porches were amazing, we spent most nights down stairs playing darts and pool. Location was nice that it was close to the airport (40 mins) and still close to the east coast, for boating and beaches (40-45 mins). It is a little less sunny being so close to El Yunique, but still beautiful warm weather.

The house is beautiful and spacious, two of us stayed in the main house and 2 stayed in La Casita. The area is quiet, with the exception of the coqui and roosters-which I did not mind at all. The house is well stocked with anything you might need. The kitchen has lots of spices and some food items. The house is on a hill with a winding and narrow road-if you’re from PR-you already know how it is. The small pool is nice for cooling off in the afternoon.I would definitely consider this property again. April is very nice and responsive. She answers any questions very quickly. The only comment I have is that the downstairs bedroom does not have A/C and it can get stuffy. My son didn’t mind. My favorite part is that almost everyone had their own private full bathroom.

Easy check-in & check-out process. Great communication & very responsive host. Home is spacious, beautiful & well-stocked. AC works great in the bedrooms & throughout the house. Home is centrally located which allowed us to visit numerous sites throughout PR! Highly recommend booking the Arenales Cave, River Trekking and Natural Spring Adventure with Yamila through Puerto Rico as a Local. Absolutely amazing excursion! In the evenings, we really enjoyed hanging out on the back deck, shooting pool, playing darts & watching the spectacular sunsets. The beds & pillows were very comfortable. Of note, we didn't realize that the bunk beds in the Casita are kid-sized. Therefore, there are only 3 beds for adult use. It wasn't an issue for us as we made do with the couch as an alternative bed. Overall, 5-star rating for this stay!
