Relaxing, well-maintained Isla Verde studio steps from the beach, designed for respectful solo travelers or couples. The neighborhood offers a mix of calm and beach-life energy. Enjoy A/C, Wi-Fi and pool access . Parking is first-come, first-served, with paid and street options nearby. Convenient location near airport, Condado and Old San Juan. No parties or visitors.

Relax & play: Isla Verde is considered to have the best beach in the Metro Region of Puerto Rico, it is long and wide so it rarely feels crowded - unlike most Caribbean city destinations. Plenty of space for visitors to find a relaxing spot. Also, Isla Verde beach offers various water sports options for you to have fun! Ps. Pine Grove is a popular beach for surfers in Isla Verde.

Funt fact: Isla Verde means “Green Island”.

Other details to note:
Puerto Rico’s infrastructure suffers from spontaneous outages. This is rare on our area but there’s a possibility power and internet may suffer an outage during your stay, specially during hurricane season. If it is essential that you have these services uninterrupted be sure to book one of the listings that has a generator; otherwise, I recommend booking a hotel. We do provide a rechargeable flashlight in case needed.

No refunds will be granted for power, water or internet outages.

NOTE: The building itself has a power plant that provides electricity to the common areas in case of an outage + a water cistern as well!

No early check in or late check out. If you wish to check in earlier please book the previous night, and if you wish to check out later please book the following night if available. There are many restaurants near the airport and/or the property where you can enjoy a meal or a drink in while waiting. You could also visit the Mall of San Juan just across from SJU Airport or Plaza Las Americas which is the largest mall in San Juan.

Parking: Parking lots are not assigned, availability is by ORDER OF ARRIVAL. There’s also paid parking services near and street parking available. You still will get a parking beeper as well.

The studio is conveniently located and clean. It’s a basic place, but perfectly fine for the price. We were a bit confused by the access instructions at first on a busy New Year’s Eve but we were able to sort it out. It had everything we needed and more, the cooler and beach accessories were greatly appreciated since we were traveling with nothing. We loved our stay and would definitely return again.

Great simple spot - awesome location

I stayed here for over a week and thoroughly enjoyed the space. Getting in was easy and the location is wonderful. Not too busy but close enough to what you need and very close to some great beaches. The hosts did a great job supplying items one may need, and left a cooler, sunscreen, bug spray, along with the basics. I would highly recommend and would stay here again for sure.

Great place, great attention to detail

This place was an excellent in every way. We really appreciated the attention to detail- coffee supplies, water, cooking utensils and beach gear so you’re ready to enjoy your vacation. The studio was clean, comfortable and close to everything. A very comfortable bed too! From the beginning to the end, the host made us feel right at home. This place is an amazing value! We hope to come back soon.

Stepping Stone

We were impressed with our room. Everything was convenient, from start to finish. Our studio place was just the right size for us to feel comfortable and relax in. We had those little creature comforts at this studio, just like we do at home. We were close to the beach, restaurants, shoppings, entertainment and a main travel road. I would highly recommend anyone visiting San Juan to look into this place.

Definitely as advertised, great location however we did have a huge roach the night before checkout and the WiFi/connectivity was down for the last 2 days. The bed is a little hard and definitely smaller than a queen size so me and my husband did not sleep so comfortably.

Great stay

The room is comfortable and equipped with all the essentials. The host was always available and communicates quickly. The building is safe with lots of cameras and is down the street from several high end hotels for less than half of the cost. There is a bar right next door with live music sometimes which was a nice addition. And the beach was just a short walk away. Overall, this place was better than I expected for the price. Side note: if you are sensitive to noise I would not choose this listing. I personally don’t mind noise and can sleep through anything but since the airport is only 5 minutes away you can hear airplanes flying overhead at times.
