SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS (Sleeps 12 Guests Comfortably)

The villa features four spacious and thoughtfully designed bedrooms, each with cozy beds and pull-out options to accommodate families and groups with ease.

Bedroom 1: 1 Queen Bed + 1 Pull-Out Bed – Perfect for couples or small families.
Bedroom 2 (Master Suite): 1 Queen Bed + 1 Pull-Out Bed – Spacious, elegant, and ideal for restful nights.
Bedroom 3: 1 Bunk Bed + 1 Pull-Out Bed – A fun and comfortable setup, great for kids or friends.
Bedroom 4: 1 Queen Bed + 1 Pull-Out Bed – Cozy, versatile, and inviting.

Each room is designed with your comfort in mind, featuring soft linens, fresh towels, and modern touches to make you feel right at home.

Guests enjoy full, private access to the entire villa and its exclusive amenities, including:
Private swimming pool and jacuzzi, perfect for relaxing under the sun or stars.

The villa is located within a secure, gated enclave with 24/7 community security, ensuring your safety and peace of mind throughout your stay.


You’ll also have access to the community’s exclusive clubhouse amenities:
UltraMarine Restaurant, serving delicious Asian dishes and burgers (open Thursday–Sunday).
Parks Pool & Jacuzzi, including a kiddie pool are for FREE

Rental Agreement:
A rental agreement must be signed and submitted prior to arrival. Guests cannot check in without completing this step.

Parking Rules:
One vehicle parking is allowed inside the villa.
No street parking is permitted.
Clubhouse parking is designated for any additional vehicles.

Washer & Dryer Access:
Available for a fee; access will be assisted by the stewardess.

Pick-up/Drop-off Service:
Vehicle: Toyota Grandia (12 pax, no baggage capacity).
Request Deadline: 72 hours prior to check-in.
Service is subject to confirmation; fee depends on the number of guests.

Check-in/Check-out Policy:
Early or late check-in/out options are available for a corresponding fee (full or half rate, depending on timing and availability).
