While surrounded by tranquility and lush greenery, you’re only 28 minutes from San Juan International Airport, Isla Verde Beach, and Luquillo Beach, and just 15 minutes from El Yunque National Forest and a stunning waterfall.

Here, time slows down. Relax in a calm, elevated environment, enjoy breathtaking mountain sunsets, and fully disconnect. Lounge on curated outdoor furniture, unwind on the balcony, or take a dip in the heated private pool.

The home features 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, including a spacious primary suite with a private bathroom. All bedrooms offer air conditioning. While the living room does not have AC, the home’s exceptional cross-ventilation keeps it naturally cool and comfortable — ideal for a mountain climate.
