Stayed for 4 nights with teens. good location to get to Ceiba for flight to Culebra. easy access to El Yunque. multiple restaurants nearby, and we used the grocery stores for meals in the condo as well. easy location to navigate.

Love this Property!
The condo was perfect! Plenty of room, well stocked, and comfortable. The balcony was a lovely space and everything in the condo was exactly as described in an excellent location. The "heated" pool was cold. The hot tub was cold. We stayed tried two nights in a row and the pool and hot tub were both cold. The property owner communicated well and I would stay again, but disappointed in the common areas.

Great balcony!
Had a nice stay. The view over the marina was great-we enjoyed playing games at night on the balcony. We walked to dinner, had short drives to the Rain Forest and Luquillo beach. Overall worked out great.

Not very clean
Rooms were large, had great security, had nice pools and amenities, beautiful view of the Marina and beautiful balcony. Mr. Elliott Rivera was kind to accommodate our request due to our son and that is appreciated. However, The furniture layout was not as listed, was not very clean. Not enough towels and towels there had stains and we had to wash them and had to purchase hand and face towels because there were none, the linens did not smell fresh we had to wash those too. The mattresses were thin low quality feeling the box spring when you sit. Master Room AC leaked water. Host did not address the issues in the unit, but I am sure if he did this rating would have been a much better rating.

A great stay in Fajardo!
We had previously vacationed in San Juan and Vieques. This time we had two adult children along with partners and was looking for a place to all stay together near things to do. This condo fit the bill. We stayed for seven nights April 2023. It had three bedrooms with air conditioning, (we did not use the air in master bedroom-we preferred windows open). Two bathrooms, full kitchen with all we needed, coffeepot, toaster, stove/oven, utensils, washer/dryer, etc. We appreciated the provided bath towels along with beach towels that we used nearly everyday. Also very much appreciated the large cooler we could use for the six of us and the two smaller coolers to use if couples split up. These are items we are not going to take on the plane but enjoyed having. Spent mornings drinking coffee on balcony and a couple evenings we took the dining room table to balcony to play cards/games. Recommend this rental! We spent our time at 7 Seas beach, Hiking at El Yunque-Luquillo Kiosk and beach, took Ceiba Ferry to Culebra, took a water taxi to Icacos, and spent a day in Old San Juan. Near the rental property we recommend the reataurants; Sal and Pimienta by the Sea and El Estacion. We had two rental cars and two designated parking spots. There was a lovely pool area but we did not have time to utilize. Property was clean and as pictured in listing.

A perfect base for day trips
We loved staying here. It was perfect to take days trips to hike the rainforest, kayak the bioluminescent bay, and take ferry to the islands. The kids loved the pool at the end of the day. It was a big help to have a washer and dryer and full kitchen. It also felt very spacious.

Peaceful escape
The condo is located in the lovely Peña Mar community. The gated community has 24/7 support to keep you safe and they were very good at communicating to let us in and out. The apartment itself was exactly what we needed! With two bedrooms and an AC unit in each, allowing for different sleeping temperatures! The view off the balcony was of the marina in fajardo, and we got to watch the sea turtles every morning with our coffee. The host was very responsive to any questions we had and it turned the wonderful stay into a relaxing experience! Would recommend this place, Elliot was a great host!

Good rental
This is a good rental for those wishing to stay in the Fajardo area. The condo unit is well kept up and adequately supplied - bring your own soap and bath towels, but everything else we needed for cooking etc. was available. The property owner, Elliot, is the most responsive owner I have ever dealt with (via VRBO, he won't give out his phone number), usually responding to my message within the hour. His property manager, unfortunately, has limited English, which led to a problem in check-in - if she writes "gate," she actually means "fence." There are very good air conditioners in the two bedrooms, but none otherwise, so run the ceiling fan in the living area and, particularly in the evening, open the doors to the deck, and you will be comfortable enough. I left my jacket there and asked Elliot to return it, I trust that he will.

The location of this property was in the perfect spot where I wanted to be . And eat and drink locations were within walking distance. Rain in the area hampered a few things that we wanted to do but all in all it worked out good. Someday I will definitely come back to this condo

The apartment was beautiful and very spacious. We even had our own balcony where we enjoyed the view. It was very clean and accommodated basic needs. They had three pools which we were able to enjoy every single one of them. A lot of activities and restaurants are very close. It is also close to any shopping centers. This place is perfect as it is in the middle of everything.

Overall it was good! The only negative things I have to say are the place had only one smart TV the other two didn't have any channels to that worked. And one of the room were locked so I paid for 3 bedrooms and was only able to use. The condo is nice though.

Quick stay in Fajardo
This home has everything you need. It has beach chairs, toys, books, games to play, and the smart TV has working apps. It is very spacious and has a view of the marina. It was extremely well kept. The rooms had awesome air conditioning. All my children slept well. The air mattress worked perfect for my 2 adult girls. The washer/dryer had detergent pods available to use. My only note is that the pool info should be in the welcome letter sent to us. Due to COVID-19 the pool use must be reserved ahead of time by the owner. You can not just go use the pool. We were able to squeeze in a short dip in the pool for the kids before we left the property.

The place is amazing, spacious and very confortable. Unfortunately we were unable to enjoyed our stay as expected. Only one pool was opened and it has to be reserved in advanced . The pool was available only for one hour and even thou it was empty all day we were not able to used it. Reservation has to be made through the host only. In addition the pool was closed Monday and Tuesday. I was informed of all these restriction on the same day of my arrival I wish I knew this in advance so I could plan ahead. I’m sure once restrictions are uplifted this will be a great place to stay.

Hello. Our stay at Peña Mar was Awesome!! The host was amazing, his swift response was reassuring. We were actually were on a family trip. We had our elderly mothers with us, I needed facilities. The place had it all ramps, elevators walk in showers, it was perfect! The place is outlandish, exotic. I wish I had explore it a little more but we had our elderly moms with. Our unit balcony led to the marina. I mean right across the street . It’s like up on a hill, beautiful. My family and I were very happy, the house is nicely prepared and very comfortable you don’t have to take anything only your food. There are courts, a gym and more. I would return in a heart beat, check it out.

Family getaway
The apartment was very clean and and well maintained. The location provides easy access to the various local activities. My morning ritual was to make coffee and enjoy the view of the marina as boats head out to sea from the balcony. Anytime we had a question the response time was quick. We appreciated staying there. Holiday with family
My sister and I brought our children for a family holiday getaway. Despite restrictions due to pandemic on island we had a relaxing time together. We were happy at how close we were to Caribali Rainforest Park and Spread Eagle II Catamaran Snorkeling. The condo space was adequate for our family and we enjoyed making breakfast and lunch for the kids in the full kitchen. Thanks for hosting our family.

My family and I LOVED our stay! The condo is centrally located between the El Yunque Rainforest, Seven Seas Beach, snorkeling, and the bioluminescent bay. It is the perfect location for all local activities. We also needed a location that had reliable internet so my son could do his school work while we were on vacation. This place is amazing!! We had internet, TV, Netflix, etc.... the entire time. The amenities at the community are beautiful. The owner was extremely helpful the entire time. If I ever go back to Fajardo I want to stay here again!!!!!
