Had a great stay at this location during our time in PR with family! Everything very clean and the check in was very smooth and easy. It is located in a perfect area close to restaurants and convenience stores and the best is that it is steps to the pool and beach. Loved it!! Definitely recommend!!

We REALLY enjoyed our time here. Some of my favorite times of our trip was sitting on the porch, reading and watching the people go by. We walked to breakfast and dinner almost every day. Victor made getting checked in a breeze, and I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and affordable vacation

Beautiful property and Cabana. This was our 2nd time here. The Cabana is well kept and the hosts were always welcoming and available when we needed any additional amenities. This location is amazing! Pool, beach access, 24 hr security, staff friendly, across from Walgreens and Pizza City. Easy to take Uber pick up in front of building. Parking right out front of the building. Victor y Yari son gente de calidad. They were very responsive, accomdating and thorough. I could not have found a better place or owners and I have stayed at Marbella many times!! Thank you for making our mom/daughter vacation the best!!

Our third stay in this cabana was as good as the first two. The location in Isla Verde (San Juan) can't be beat if you're looking for an urban beach stay. Just a few minutes from the airport, the cruise port, and Old San Juan.
