This exclusive multi-unit reservation includes four fully private apartments that comfortably accommodate up to 14 guests. Your group will enjoy the convenience of staying together in the same gated property while still having the privacy of separate apartments.

Each apartment is thoughtfully designed with modern furnishings, comfortable queen-size beds, inverter air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi, Smart TVs, and fully equipped kitchens or kitchenettes with everything needed to prepare meals, including cookware, dishes, utensils, coffee makers, and pantry essentials.



Every bathroom features a walk-in shower with on-demand hot water and is stocked with complimentary shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, bath towels, washcloths, and beach towels.



To ensure a worry-free stay, the property is equipped with a full backup generator that powers every apartment during outages, as well as a water cistern to provide continuous water service. Beach chairs, umbrellas, and coolers are also available so your group can fully enjoy nearby Ocean Park Beach.



One of Brisamare's greatest advantages is the combination of private and shared outdoor spaces. Depending on the apartment, your group will also enjoy exclusive outdoor areas such as a private rooftop terrace, private balcony, or private ground-floor lounge, while everyone has access to the property's shared amenities:

Located just a 5–7 minute walk from Ocean Park Beach, Brisamare places you in one of San Juan's most desirable neighborhoods. You'll be within walking distance of the vibrant Calle Loíza, known for its restaurants, cafés, bakeries, bars, boutiques, and local shops.

Guests will enjoy exclusive access to Apartments 2, 3, 4, and 5, giving your group complete privacy across these four units. The property contains five apartments in total, so Apartment 1 may be occupied by other guests during your stay.



Each apartment includes one assigned parking space inside the gated property, for a total of four reserved parking spaces. There is no visitor parking, and shared amenities are reserved exclusively for registered Brisamare guests.



Self check-in is simple and convenient using smart locks, personalized access codes, and gate access devices. Check-in is available anytime after 4:00 PM.



To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Smoking, parties, and events are not permitted.
