We really enjoyed our stay at hotel Alcazar! The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The hotel has a great view and is close to anything you need! Sad to leave

Lovely hotel, quite grand. Nice pool and big room with view out to the beach. Great location, close to everything but very noisy at night due to nightclubs nearby.

Great property, beautiful room and view, excellent staff and breakfast. We were nervous about noise levels as it is across bars and a hostel is right behind, but had no issues at all. Just make sure the balcony doors are closed and AC is on :)

Great place, friendly staff, and very clean. Only problem is if you want to get a good night sleep FORGET about it. Club is across the street and they party till 5 am.

The propert has breakfast that comes with it. Its very good cooked fresh. Bed are comfortable ac is cold. Bathroom is fine. I did smell like a moldy smell if they want to get rid of that smell they need to repaint, but other than that everything was great. I would stay there again.

We loved the balcony view of the ocean, the streets, and the restaurants. Hotel Alcazar was Clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. We did not like the pool temperature. We found it very cold.

Beautiful, comfortable, helpful

Alfredo and Nelly were super helpful. They arranged rides to and from the airport and to all the activities we wanted. They helped find out cost, reserve trips with guides, coordinate timetables and figure out what we wanted. The rooms were clean and super comfortable and we watched a beautiful beach sunset from our patio daily. The included breakfast was Nicaraguan standard fair: fresh, simple, and delicious. It was lout throughout the weekend with its proximity to nightclubs, but it wasn’t too bad. We slept great while we were there.

Great staff, hotel is nice but the noise from the club and bar’s across the street was excessive till 4am. Even though the reservation indicated the noise it was worst than we expected. Breakfast had one option felt they could have offered other options.

Balcony chairs were broken, asked the staff for a replacement and they told they will notified somebody from management but in 3 days we never heard anything from them, any compansation, pics taken.

Lovely San Juan Del Sur

Staff were very kind, great size room and good A/C with nice breakfast. During Fri to Sun the area by ocean is very loud. During week it was perfect. Even with noise on Sunday it was not horrible. I put on YouTube rain fall

Great location. Attentive staff. Amazing breakfast! However, reading the reviews prior regard noise was definitely helpful. It’s noisy! Earplugs are a must. But the location was very central so perfect for walking/adventuring around town.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. The noise from Club Arribas between 11 PM and 3 AM was brutal; the earplugs provided at check-in hinted at the issue. Additionally, I noticed some stained linen sheets and curtains, but despite these drawbacks, Room 7 was a beautiful choice, especially with its spacious terrace.

Man musste nur über die kleine Straße gehen und war direkt am Strand. Tolle Lage, wir hatten sogar ein Zimmer mit Meerblick. Direkt gegenüber war ein Club, da kann es auch mal bis in den frühen Morgen lauter werden - aber das hat uns das Hotel von Anfang gesagt, also super Kommunikation. Das Personal war auch sehr freundlich.

Lost a diamond ring set. - perdí un par d Anillos

I lost a diamond ring set. I was going to proposed to my girlfriend and when I look for the rings they’re were missing. I called management to file a complaint and they told the housekeeper that cleaned the room has gone to vacation. They said they were going to ask her whenever she gets back. No bueno.
