Staff were very welcoming, the room was spotless and cleaned early in the day. Breakfast options were delicious and the snacks/ drinks provided all day, much appreciated. Beautiful property and ambiance!

The hotel was amazing, so much history in those walls and lovely gardens. The staff was attentive and friendly. A special mention to Roberto at the front desk who's sense of humor and helpfulness was outstanding. The packets of chocolate every night was a special treat!

Beautiful rooms, nice breakfast, but major complaint was that breakfast was served only 7:30a and after. Missed 4 breakfast meals as many tours/hikes begin at 8a in center of city 10-15 taxi, 45 min walk.
