"Excellent hotel. Very clean, comfortable and spacious room. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Beach was just a short walk away, and Old Town only 10 minutes down the road by foot."

Room ample space & modern. Tiled floors in rooms - noise travels from neighbouring rooms. Pool under renovation (February), work underway to paving external to hotel (February’26) causing noise. "

"The hotel is close to the shops , a 10 minute walk to the harbour/breach , 20 minutes bus ride from the airport, plenty of food places and bars near that are fairly cheap, the hotel unfortunately doesn’t have a kettle in the room or serve evening meals but does have a breakfast bar at an cost of around €9 , the rooms are dated could do with an upgrade, the shower had no holder and the rooms did get cold at night with no heating , there’s also no bar , or vending machines to get drinks and snacks so this hotel is only good if you are staying for a few days "

"Our room door was left wide open for 6-8 hours on multiple occasions, even after making a complaint about it to reception staff. The reception staff and manager were rude and unprofessional and the housekeeping staff/management, in addition to leaving room doors wide open, left a master key card on the table in our room, which presumably would have provided access to every room in the hotel! The hotel's resolution to all of these issues by numerous members of staff from multiple departments was to have a word with the person who cleaned our room! "
