The property is clean and walking distance to many things. The pool area is very nice but also very slippery. You almost need to tip toe around the pool deck to be safe from falling. Upon chevkin the room i rented and paid for was not available so i had to downgrade my room. They did give our family free breakfast to make up for this. I also wanted to book excursions at the excursion desk but they were not very helpful. They took my name and avtivities i wanted to do and contact information and then never not once reached back out to me. Day 2 i booked my own on my own. Overall it was a very good stay. Just a few snaggles but i would definitely stay again.

There were unexpected fees at every turn. We prepaid, but when we arrived, we owed $650. Then when we left we owed $700. Only $200 of that was expected food charges. A little over $100 was expected valet parking. The parking was worth it, because there is zero parking anywhere. The area was unsafe, with homeless people walking around on the street and crack heads. We saw the police 3 times in front of our hotel. We felt safe inside the hotel, but not outside.

Stayed here with my mom and sister. We had a lovely time. Only issue was that there was a horrible smell in the lobby for a few days, maybe from someone getting sick. Also, our tub drain was clogged. Other than that, stay was lovely!

Good ok but def not great. Hotel breakfast is not good and pricey. Never any hot water to shower unless late at night and even at that not by steamy hot just warm.

The billing staff was horrible. Especially, because i bought my package via Expedia. They charged me the entire hotel stay cost again, even when i told them that i had paid via Expedia. I had to go through expedia's agent and take the costs off. Multiple times they charged me for breakfast even when the breakfast was included in the room charges. I had to dispute that with my credit card company. The rooms were smaller than what the photos show. The housekeeping entered the room without permission at 8AM and woke my family up.

We had a wonderful stay. Staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel needs more umbrellas around the pool area. And rooms could use bigger recycling and trash bins. Also, the $65 daily resort fee (plus about $7 tax) must have slipped my mind. A bit painful to pay. Still--great stay and will recommend.

Puerto Rico itself was already tremendously beautiful and friendly, but the service of this Marriott staff helped make this experience one of the greatest, couldn’t thank them more.

The hotel is very clean, quiet and right on the beach. The property is relatively small and not as grand as other marriotts I’ve stayed in but perfectly nice. Staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are quite small.
