This property is old, dated and kinda loud. You can hear people walking by your room having a normal conversation as if they’re in the room with you. The rooms at a glance are okay but when a majority of the plugs don’t work it’s a little annoying, I had to plug my chargers in at a plug by the window and leave everything in the floor to charge because the bed side outlets didn’t work. That was slightly annoying, I guess it was one of those “you get what you pay for” things. Not the worst place I’ve ever stayed but far from the best or even good.

It was so gross and run down. Cant believe they charge $150/night. I took pics which i cant post but there were so many broken and janky things in this room. Plus the homeless camp in front was a nice touch. I will never go back n tell everyone to avoid!

Location was convenient parking was good. We had to wait in the lobby, to get checked in. We weren’t the only ones waiting. Bathrooms in lobby weren’t working and after traveling a few hours you need to use the bathroom. Plus in our room the cabinet holding the mini frig was hanging.

I had the worst hotel experience at this place. LITERALLY, THE WORST! There was a black out during my entire stay (4 days and 3 nights). There was no electricity and hot water. Electricity was out 12 hours after i checked-in. The staff didn't even notify any guest or offer any compensation. They didn't even offer me a refund or to check out early. It was a waste of time. I do not recommend. The owners of the property just did not care about the guest.

This was the most ridiculous stay I’ve ever had. The room had no electricity. I tried changing my reservation and the customer service agent said an error was occurring then i asked to cancel and that i would get my money back in 7-10 business days. I decided to keep the room, it was cold all afternoon and night, NO HOT WATER, NO HEAT (duh, no electricity) and worst of all, roaches! I wish i could get a refund, this really sucked. $75 is not enough for my next day. I want a refund.

It's a little run down but the staff and the service is top notch. The area seems safe but a dangerous criminal event on the property proved otherwise.

Decent stay for the price
The staff was super friendly and helpful, and the room was decent. Just the environment around the hotel was questionable, as well as the hotel amenities, as many weren't available anymore.

We booked our trip rather quickly and didn't research the hotel before the stay. For our purposes, the hotel was fine. We were in our room long enough to change clothes, get to our event, then sleep for the night. The surrounding area was pretty run down and the hotel itself is quite dated. The lady at the front desk was friendly and helpful.

Our non-smoking room smelled like smoke
The hotel looks like it could use a revamp, from the outside at night it reminds me of a setting for a horror film. The layout of the rooms is also confusing with odds facing out and evens facing in towards the pool. The pool area looks nice but we didnt see anyone in the pool. It's a waste of space during the winter time. Once inside the room, the smell of old carpet and cigarettes filled the room. It looked like nobody had stayed in there for quite some time. The bathroom and shower were clean enough, but the amenities are very cheap and basic.

I work in San Jose but live 120 miles away. I stay because it's convenient, economical, and clean. Yes, it's a little older than the newest hotel but it has wifi, cable TV and is clean.
