Great location close to restaurant & Winchester Mystery House. Place was very clean and a quiet location loved it, will definitely come back again.

Would not recommend
I arrived and hotel had confusion on what room was assigned, gave me wrong access codes, etc. Room was similar to a prison cell in size. My job cancelled first day and hotel refused to cancel any part of the rental causing me to have to pay for 5 days even though I checked out after 1 day.

Great central location to shops
Very nice facility, steps from Santana Row. Beds were very comfy & bathroom was clean. Vinyl floors were not; our feet got dirty walking from the bathroom to the bedroom. Ran out of toilet paper & there were no spares. Fortunately we had our own tissue. Parking was a mess; all spaces were taken, all day. Had to leave my car at my sisters and she would drive us back & forth. We did not use upstairs kitchen or living space, it appeared others were. Our downstairs space was minimalist. But, for the price that's what you get!

Sorry to hear that you ran out of toilet paper and found the floor dusty - we would have fixed those for you if you had let us know! :) The parking can indeed be difficult, but everyone has found parking before. Sorry it was so difficult for you!

Was not as described but clean - you share the house nothing is private about it besides your room on the third flight of stairs

Sorry for the confusion. Yes, the house is shared (kitchen, living room), and your room and bathroom are private. We are working with Expedia to clarify the description.

A highly recommend clean and comfy apartment! Living roon and kitchen are shared but the room and bathroom is private with good security. There was no desk in the room I stayed but it didn't bother too much since I could use the dinning table. Most of all, I got very prompt reply from the owner whenver I had questions. I'll definetely want to come back again!
