Staff was helpful upon arrival. Parking was included in our stay, which was great. The room was spacious, however the AC took a while to get going, the bed was a bit hard and the walls between the rooms were definitely thin. We could hear almost everything from the room next to us. The people next to us played their tv super loud and it was hard to go to sleep. Breakfast the next day was delicious though.

I stayed at this property when it was The Park Inn by Radisson. It is a very clean, safe hotel. The staff is personable, and I don't recommend walking from downtown after dark.

Pleasant stay

We enjoyed our stay during dec 28 and 29th. After our stay we came back to San Jose and since our flight was at 2 am, management at the front desk was very courteous and we were able to leave our luggage while we went out for few hours. Food was great.

D Sabana Hotel

Overall I would say the hotel is comfortable but pretty basic for the price. Staff were very friendly and incredibly helpful. Rooms were clean but frill free. Breakfast was a little lacking. It's about 20mins from airport by taxi.
