This charming 1200 sq ft newly remodeled fully separated unit located in historic Willow Glen, San Jose. It is an independent unit, with free parking. Private entrance. High ceiling bedrooms at 250 square feet each with a private backyard. Close to trendy restaurants and shops in downtown Willow Glen! Easy access to Caltrain, LightRail, bus, 10 min. away from SJ airport. Close to downtown San Jose developing technology center. Very safe and high end neighborhood. Hosts are fully vaccinated.
The space
Newly remodeled guest-suite based on original Eichler home. High ceiling bedrooms with access to the backyard from both rooms. Brand new bedding, bathroom, kitchen. Very clean. Fully vaccinated hosts make sure safe and sanitized stay for all guests. Very close to historic downtown Willow Glen, San Jose with restaurants and businesses reopening.

Shared drive way with our other Airbnb listing guests.

Yard maintenance crew, cleaning crew and host will be around to help maintain the house. You'll probably see them in and out periodically.

This was a lot bigger than it looked and a perfect set up for us and our son and DIL. We lived the beds and the closet space, bathrooms and kit hen. It was perfect for our needs.

Centrally located and quaint

Comfortable place for a weekend getaway for 4 adults. Although the house is on a busy street, the neighborhood felt safe and comfortable. Close to downtown Willow Glen. The host was very attentive and helpful. Off street parking was nice and there is a spacious backyard. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

This was our second stay at this property and we will definitely be back. The unit was very clean, great layout for two couples, very well appointed with appliances, utensils, and lots of bottle of water. It is located in the cute Willow Glen neighborhood and close to shopping, restaurants and parks. The host was extremely easy to communicate with and was very responsive. It was an excellent experience

This was our first time using Vrbo and Ray made the experience great. Ray is very responsive and helpful. The house is well furnished and clean. The house is a little hidden which we liked. I definitely recommend this house.

3 week family trip to San Jose

We had a great time at Ray's house in Willow Glen. For a family of 5, we appreciated that the bedrooms were large and we loved the backyard living. Ray was super attentive and provided all paper goods and kitchen appliances necessary for our stay. Definitely will book the house again when my family returns. Highly recommend booking this home.

Lovely small home in Willow Glen

I stayed here with my daughter, son in law and 2 and 4 year old children. It was really nice and there was a small fenced yard that the kids loved. We would book this again. There is only one parking space so I parked a block away, around the corner, not a big deal once the car was unpacked. A shelf in the second bath would have been helpful. The owner was very kind and responsive. Truly an excellent experience. Highly recommended.

Very nice property - perfect location for us. Beds were the most comfortable - kitchen had all the necessities to cook a few meals. Wish we could have used the backyard but it rained the whole time!! There is only parking for one vehicle

Property is in a nice neighborhood and relatively quiet. Within a few miles of grocery stores and food. Well appointed in kitchen, laundry room, and bathrooms. Outdoor space was private and quiet. Layout was not what we were expecting as second bathroom was not close to the second bedroom. A floor plan would have been nice. Cleaning lacked attention to detail (straw and sock were behind a couch.) Overall we had a nice stay and host was responsive, but would recommend updating the photos and include a layout of the property.

The place was fairly clean. It was smaller than I anticipated. The beds were comfortable. The backyard was so-so. The bbq was filthy but we didn't cook anyways. The host provided a case of water but that was about all that was there. If we were staying longer we would have to buy condiments etc. so we didn't cook at all and just ate out. I rated it 3 out of 5 as was just average such as a motel would be in comparison to a nice hotel. The host came over when we couldn't get any channels on the TV. The odd thing was there was no NFL to be had or any other professional sports channels. It would be fine for a short term stay of a few days.

Great Willow Glen location

I loved the spacious and simple decor. The beds were comfortable. We didn't use the kitchen facilities, but it appeared well stocked. It was nice to have coffee and filters available. The area is very quiet. I'd stay here again
