Casa Iguana is a 3bd/2.5ba home close to Costa Rica’s main airport, premier medical facilities, shopping, and incredible restaurants. Casa Iguana is located in a private, gated community with 24 hour security and is situated right next to the community pool, gym, workspace, dog park, and is also pet and family friendly!
Casa Iguana is comprised of an en suite master bedroom with king bed, walk-in closet, double sinks, smart tv and rain shower. There is also an additional queen bedroom, twin bunk bedroom, additional bathroom, TV room with queen sofa bed, and dedicated office space.
The ground floor encompasses an open plan living room, dining room, kitchen, powder room, laundry room and opens to the covered patio, garden, pergola and BBQ zone! There is also space in the covered carport for 2 cars!

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Iguana. Don and Erik responded immediately to any questions we had. The property is lovely. Being a plant lover, I especially enjoyed the garden.
