Very nice gem found in San Jose! The closed parking for the car was very nice and made it feel very safe and the location was very safe as well. The owner was very nice, helped with recommendations even for future trips. My whole family highly recommends this house!

Great location in the city
Great place to stay if visiting San Jose. Located in a nice neighborhood, but also walking distance to a couple restaurants and groceries. Nicely equipped kitchen if you want to cook and we really enjoyed the private pool. Very clean and the bedrooms were very comfortable. My 5 other family members ranging from 10 to 85 also enjoyed their stays

Coasting in Coasta
Dennis was a great host. His home was very comfortable and have everything needed to accommodate our stay. Me and a few of my bros felt safe and welcomed in that neighborhood. We were at a good distance to get downtown or out the city if we needed. The pool was HEATED! Heck yes. Overall we would definitely stay here again. Good times.

What A Hidden Gem in the middle of San Jose
I can’t say enough good things about this place. The amenities are great - the place is darling - the beds are comfortable and the outdoor patio at night with the lights on is perfect!!! the only problem is Uber could never find the location to take us back and forth but we kept Uber busy calling Carl to keep giving out directions! Great place I highly recommend

Loved the pool and lots of room!
Great house! I came with my husband, best friend, and a 1 year old baby. This house had plenty of room for us to spread out. Owner is very responsive and immediately addressed all our concerns. The kitchen was very well appointed. The pool and patio were great!!
The master bedroom was a little noisy at night with the neighbors up late in the back catty corner but that is just city living and was not a big deal at all. Would definitely stay here again!!!

San Jose Heaven
We came to Costa Rica for a family vacation and stayed in San Jose for 3 total nights. This home was absolutely everything we needed! Our family had plenty of space and enjoyed the outdoor area the whole time. The pool was clean and we spent days and evenings enjoying it. We toured the country and returned to San Jose for one last night before our flight. Upon arrival it honestly felt like returning home. Thank you to Denis for all the wonderful hospitality! We also enjoyed dinner at Esta Aqui, highly recommend!

Great House
We especially enjoyed the warm pool and the kitchen had lots of basic things to use. The living and dining area are very comfortable as well as the bedrooms. We did think all the rooms would be air conditioned (only the bedrooms are) but with the mild weather it was not a problem. There is a small grocery store to the left, then right which is much easier than the big supermarket to the right. Uber works great here but it is easier to put MGT Motos as the home location than to put the address. It is right next door. Carl was a great host and very helpful - speaks Spanish, French and some English. Denis is great for on-line communication and is very quick to answer.

Great Location Great Amenities
This house was perfect! The kitchen was well-stocked, there was an extra propane cylinder for the gas grill on the patio, the neighborhood was quiet & safe. There is off-street-in-a-locked-gate area for parking & we parked our second car at the curb in front of the house. No problems at all. A mini-mart 2 blocks away had everything we needed. Everyone loved the pool. There is no air-conditioning on the main floor, but we did not need it, with the front door left a jar and the sliding glass door to the patio open, a very refreshing breeze flowed through all day. There are pedestal fans on the main floor, and beautiful orchids & tropical
plants all around the pool patio. The upstairs has three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, with air-conditioning in each bedroom. There is one downstairs bedroom with a bunkbed and a half-bath. Beds were comfortable with plenty of pillows. TV & internet kept teens entertained when they weren’t in the pool. Washer & dryer & plenty of cleaning supplies were provided. Denis the owner quickly responded to all of our questions. Waze & Google Maps worked well, but when we arrived it was confusing as to which house was our rental! We all loved our stay & would highly recommend this property!
