Beautiful two story home which has 4 bedrooms, 1 open room and 3 full bathrooms! Can sleep up to 16 guests with 2200sqf! This house is Centrally located in SJ, close to Downtown SJ. Within a 5-10 minute drive are restaurants, theaters, coffee shops, gyms, and bookstores. Perfect for guests who are travelling for work, as well as families travelling for vacation! There are amazing locations very close by and tons of great restaurant and shopping. Easy to highway 101, 280 and 680.

Group stay

We were in town for the week for a National Skating competition. It was just right for our group of 10 people. There were plenty of bathrooms and sleeping space. The water heater kept up with all the people as well. The area was quiet while we were there as well.

Incredible home for family & friends

This home is exactly what my friends and I were looking for, the listing is incredibly accurate and the entire check-in/check-out process was a seamless experience. The host communicated extremely well any and all information we needed to be prepared for staying at the home. The wifi was incredibly fast and more than suitable for any video streaming or last minute work meetings you need to jump on. This house is banger friendly.

Perfect fit for family and friends

Our family and friends came to celebrate my wife turning 60 and attend the STONES at Levi Stadium. The house’s layout was perfect for us. Eleven of us stayed comfortably and the house felt very welcoming. We also enjoyed backyard space when we had appetizers and birthday cake before the concert. Great location as we had ten minute drive to Alum Rock Light Rail and in no time we were at Levi to see The Rolling Stones. Clean and spacious for sure. Thank you!

Overall I would consider this an average rental. There are plenty of things to like - owner is very responsive, beds were comfortable, nice setup for larger groups, comfortable living room furniture, streaming tv service, easy code entry (no messing with keys), kitchen/bath/laundry supplies provided to name a few. However, the house is not being maintained very well - patched holes that haven’t been repainted, ripped out screen on patio door, partially falling curtain rod in a bedroom, cracked window in a bathroom, broken furniture with post it to not use, and general wear and tear that hasn’t been addressed. It would seem the listing pictures are dated since this is not visible and a couple rooms now have different furniture. There were also some additional personal preference things that may not be important to others - couldn’t find a single washcloth (bath or kitchen), no top sheets on the beds, very limited pillows with pillow cases instead of decorative shams, neighborhood has a lot of parked cars that barely left room for us to get our large passenger van rental into the driveway at times (wouldn’t recommend trying to park multiple cars at the house). Overall, it felt like a safe place, was a convenient location for the wedding activities we participated in, but just wasn’t what we usually see when booking homes from an upkeep and cleanliness perspective. So it ultimately comes down to what is important to you when deciding to book this home.

Our family was in town for our son's wedding and this house let many of us stay together. The location was perfect and it was great being able to cook meals and be together. With the layout of the house, we didn't feel like we were all on top of each other and everyone had their own bathroom. The neighborhood was very quiet.
