    Experience Barrio Escalante at its authentic best in this centrally located original home. Steps to the city's best restaurants, parks and attractions this charming walk-up features an outdoor dining and kitchen area, a separate in-suite kitchenette and ample living space. Attention to detail can be felt throughout from original crown moldings to literature and welcome amenities. The feel is reminiscent of the way residents lived last century restored with modern amenities.

    Unique as one of the few remaining homes in the area, this space has been lovingly restored and maintained.

    The semi-detached house is a walk-up from the street. There is plenty of street parking directly in front of the house that is monitored by our private guard 24hrs a day.
