Loft #3 with Balcony, for 2-3 people, is part of Aranjuez Lofts located in Santa Ana. We have 9 lofts located in a beautiful property with shared large garden and pool. Conveniently located near Santa Ana downtown, upon walking distance to supermarkets, restaurants, movie theaters and near the main highway to the airport and to main sightseeing in Costa Rica.
Located on the 2nd floor, it has beautiful landscaping view, which can be enjoyed from the additional private balcony.
The Loft includes: 1 queen bed, A/C, cable TV, wireless internet, private bathroom, closet, safe box, equipped kitchen, with refrigerator, kitchen appliances, microwave oven, coffee maker, and small oven. Also a small dining table with 4 chairs and a futton that serves as lounging sofa or as a bed for accommodating a 3rd person or kid.
The property has a great pool with deck and pool, enabled for the use of the Loft renters and free parking.
Great for holidays or people who need a small apartment for a short term.
