AC Escazu Hotel, high end but good value.

Very comfortable hotel, spacious and well appointed rooms and lobby. Great location, many high end shops close by. Fairly convenient to San Jose and the airport. Great display of vintage sports cars!

This is a great property in a gorgeous area. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. I immediately wanted to extend my stay. Room was perfect and comfortable.

Place is conveniently located in an outdoor mall, with plenty of restaurants options. Be aware that they only have few king bed options, and even if you book a bedroom with a king bed they will try to put you in a two queen bed room - it happened to me and 2 other couples in my group.

Dont stay in room 227, it is exactly under the fitness center. Every time someone drops a dumbell, all the room shakes.

Some of the staff were super friendly but a few made the others look bad. Room cleaning was late on our first day in the hotel. The bath towels are in really bad shape and should be thrown away.

Britt coffee in the room should be fully stocked Room rate should include free continental breakfast with an upgrade for full Buffett. 3 dollar coffee in the am at the restaurant in a coffee country feels like “too much” Overall . A good experience

It is located in a small comercial plaza, that looks luxurious but ther is no people dining there. When you get in ther is a counter where no one greets you before the elevator, the lobby is located in a 3rd floor. During breakfast a very bored man tells you to sit wherever you want, and NO ONE EVER COMES TO YOUR TABLE, you go to a very bad buffet with a very dry spanish omelet, and dry rice and beans with asorted cheeses and hams, and thats it, and there are jams that have been there for hours and seemed unsafe. Worst Marriot experience ever.
