  • Great Value New decorated 1 bedroom/1bathroom entire home in San Jose downtown. it is located near Japan town in downtown. 2 min walk to the light rail station, great for someone traveling or on a business trip.

Nice quaint apartment in an older part of San Jose. The outside is a little rough but inside spacious. Near many restaurants and sports venues (walking distance). Bedding for the living room is under the cushion. Not exactly a pull out couch but fairly comfortable. Minimal furniture especially in the living room. Still a nice place. Would stay here again..

Property listed as No Pets, check-in instructions had a pet policy running to multiple paragraphs. Inspection off the property revealed pet hair in the couch cushions. Host refuses to refund. We did not stay in the property due to severe allergies to pet hair. Property is located directly across the street from a property where sheep are kept. If you have asthma or any lung issue, this could be very dangerous. Property owner/host was dismissive, lied directly, and will not refund. 0/10 stay away from this property & this host.
