I was a guest from canada and even though i booked the room for 2 they i sisted to my girlfriend and her family they were not allowed in my room, even to use the washroom while visiting in the common areas.

They don't accept dollars and their bank machine doesn't accept all cards, so I had to go to a very unsafe place to exchange currency in order to pay. I don't recommend this hotel.

A lot of traffic noise. The water in the shower wasn't really warm . The beds were not soft at all. The staff was personable. Not much English. The breakfast was great the pool was nice but not deep. The jacuzzi wasn't warm . Overall a good stay

Great pool and location. Tiny room, cold shower.

The staff were very good and the hotel was clean. The pool area was very nice and welcome to survive the hot days. The double room was very small and not sufficient size for 2 people to spend time more than an overnight. There was no table, desk or platform with which to place a suit case or anything else. The bathroom was very tiny. The sink was a weird design such that you could barely get your hands under the faucet. The shower did not have a door, so water fell to the floor in front of the toilet and did not have hot water - neither morning nor night. The breakfast was good, however it was the same every day (Arepa, eggs (your style), fruit, juice, and coffee). The rooms and hallways are updated but the hotel exterior is a little worn. The hotel is centrally located and an easy walk to Ventura Plaza Mall and Alejandria Mall. There is a supermarket around the corner and many small bakeries nearby.
