I paid for a king bed room and the staff put me in a room of a small bed. I had to wait to talk to another staff member on the night so he could change my room. The first staff was negative and dint want to help me.

El hotel es antiguo, pero esta muy bien conservado, el chequeo fue sumamente rapido; esta muy bien ubicado. Sin embargo, el desayuno es bastante decepcionante. Muy pocas opciones, nada bueno que decir alli. En el area de la piscina, sin atencion, sin toallas, y no le habia hecho limpieza adecuada pues estaban flotando en el agua restos de vegetacion y hasta una bolsa de plastico.

Property was clean, but clearly this hotel is in downhill. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was disappointing.. depressing… The rate is exorbitant for the value I paid. I’ll never come back.

Front desk no speak English. They are not courteous dont know how to behavior. I was long journey usa to cucuta there room was no ready and charged double for my room reant and i am never going yo recommend anyone in this hotel . Only one of the hotel staff his name is dixon and he is very polite and gentleman. We will post social media bad recommendation about this hotel. Take care have a great day.

apreciado sr AKHTER, gracias por sus comentarios positivos , Le recomendamos para sus próximos viajes verificar las horas del check in y check out, o llamar al hotel para solicitar un Early check inn, efectivamente no estaba en el momento la persona que habla ingles la cual se demoro 10 minutos en llegar y darle respuesta a su solicitud , también le recuerdo que los consumos, noches y personas adicionales que usted genero en nuestro hotel, tienen un valor que no esta en la tarifa de la extranet, por lo tanto debemos cobrar, le recomendamos para que no tenga que hacer comentarios negativos en los hoteles del mundo y su estancia sea plena, informarse que le incluye la extranet y verificarlo con el hotel al hacer su check inn, Nuestro hotel se identifica por ser de turismo familiar y comercial con políticas claras al personal y NO el turismo que usted deseaba ...... gracias nuevamente por sus comentarios , Le deseamos una feliz navidad y un prospero año lleno de viajes y bendiciones que llenen su corazón.

I like the location. It is very close to Ventura Mall (just a walk away). It is also close to downtown or "el centro de Cucuta". The property overall it is ok. We had a room for 4. It was clean and somewhat comfortable. There is no a/c in the lobby..Cucuta is hot. It is like Florida in the summer. So, if you are not in your room, you are pretty hot anywhere where there is no a/c. Breakfast was good.

El muy lugar muy limpio y un excelente servicio, solo creo que deberían informar que cuentan con algunos servicios que son necesarios para viajeros, cómo pruebas pcr COVID, entre otras cosas, para no perder dinero en otro lugares y hacer todo justamente allí, además de informar a los clientes si algunos servicios no están disponibles, ya que el área de piscina por ejemplo es uno de sus servicios principales, y en mi tiempo de estadía no estaba disponible.... Pero en general y fuera de esto, excelente trato y excelente comida.

En líneas generales las 4 estrellas que dice tener no concuerda con el hotel si acaso debería tener una, lo único bueno que tiene es la ubicación, una vez que hicimos el check in nos tocó subir las maletas por qué no cuentan con personal, al llegar a la habitación la primera impresión es que el baño es muy viejo y la habilitación a pesar que el piso era el 8 se escuchaba mucho el ruido de la calle, es un hotel que no debe tener sino una estrella, automáticamente me dirijo al personal y le dije que me retiraba por qué noe había gustado la habitación explicándole las razones y ni siquiera trataron de mejorar nuestra estancia, no recomiendo este hotel deben de cerrarlo y mejorar todo para que corresponda con las supuestas 4 estrellas que aparecen en la entrada es un engaño.
